In 2023 I wanted to buy a Mercedes-Benz but changed my mind. The following year 2024 when I went to the bank I was told that I'm blacklisted by Mercedes-Benz. Iv been sent back and forth. Now I can't buy anything in credit and they are so rude when I confront them. Why do I have to pay lawyers to handle this matter while I was not at fault? They do not want to refund me my R1845, 19. They claim that it doesn't reflect on their system. I have sent the a number of emails with proof of payment and my bank statement. They sometimes disconnect me even though I have a balance of R0, 00
I lost my devices and contacted Telkom device insurance. It since last months i have been calling and sending thwm emails. I am always send back and forth. I have to answer the same question, swnd the same documents. I really don't know what to do anymore. Hello Peter please come to my rescue
I have a warranty polity with The Unlimited Car Insurance. I 1st ask them to tow my car, i was promised that a representative will call me and that never happened. Later on i claimed for the mechanical experience they never came through. Each day i make an enquire i am told that the claim is still under investigation or they will call me. This has been happening for more than 6 months now. They always have excuses. I had a mechanical problem last year they came with different excuses. Same this year but they always take the premiums
I wrote to Hellopeter last month about We Buy Cars in Nelspruit, they contacted me but went AWOL on me. People should be careful when buying cars there. They sold car with a forged service history. The service document is typed 2022 but signed 2023. I went to them to get the service history as they claimed that they have served the car. they could not help. On the check list it says they serviced the car but it is nowhere to be found. Most of the things on checked on the checklist are not a true reflection. The very same people who sold me a broken car but cannot buy it back. they say i should fix it first. I asked them if their policy only allows them to sell brocken cars but cannot buy broken cars? it is then that they started ghosting me.
I wanted to buy a car at Mercedes-Benz in Nelspruit last year (2023). Unfortunately,i did not go through with the purchase. I cancelled the deal with Ms Z Sibanyoni; the sales person who was assisting me. I was so shocked when i was told by my bank on the 22 of January that my ID is flagged as *****ulent by Mercedes-Benz. I then called Mercedes-Benz's head office. I was assisted by Harsha Bhikha, who told me to call South African ***** Prevention Services (SAFPS) because there is nothing, they can do to help me. she further told me that they tagged me as *****ulent because they saw some inconsistences in my pay slips. these people never mentioned this during the application, only when i decided not to buy the car with then they tag my ID as *****ulent. They did not even check with my HR department to see if the pay slips are ***** of not. The saddest part is that this thing is costing me a lot. SAFPS sent me back to Mercedes and Mercedes does the same. I so wish they should own up to their mistake and solve the mess they have created!

I did not buy the car because it was too expensive. i was shocked this year when i was denied a little loan by a bank. they told me that my ID number had been tagged as *****ulent by Mrecedes-Benz. I then call them and i was told by Hrsha Bhikha from Mercedes that they tagged my ID because they saw some inconsistencies in my pay slips. They then advised me to call South African ***** Prevention Services (SAFPS). SAFPS sends me back to Mrecedes-Benz; i have been sent back and forth since the beginning of this year. My concern is that why didn't they ask me or call my employer to check the inconsistency before blacklisting me. this issue is costing and affecting me a lot.
I took a warranty cover with The Unlimited Insurance in December 2023 for a Range Rover Evoque that i bought last year in December. Now i have complications with the insurance they are refusing to pay for my claim. They say they want previous service history of the car, even if i had that service history they were going to pay for only R14 000, instead of the r86019.12 quoted price. I serviced the car in May 2023, the previous service is written 2023 by pen and 2022 in print and this only came to my attention now when i claim. Hello Peter Help me to solve this issue
