Food was overpriced, kitchen was slow (by the time our waitress was made aware the food was room temp at best), I could have made McCain frozen chips at home, whomever is buying their meat clearly does not know what Wagyu is (my burger was normal beef, I only eat Wagyu so I know the difference!), the saurkraut was not fresh, mash potato was cold and lumpy and gravy that came with the Einstein tasted like lamb (leftover from a carvery), place is full of 20's somethings who do not know how to behave themselves in public - but I suppose the ****py food is disguised by the fact that their patrons are almost all rip roaring drunk by the time they get their food. How do you not have a non alcoholic beverage menu??? This place used to be amazing, I brought my wife through for date night - what an utter disgrace!!!

Ordered for the first time, pleasantly surprised by what we received - the Einstein while average was decently priced but the Cheese burger, chips and onion ring side was AMAZING! Will definitely be ordering from them again!!
First time ordering, ordering was easy, staff are friendly - what a pleasant surprise when I opened the packaging, quality products at an amazing price!!
Please teach your staff at the call centre that it is illegal to lie to a client- if the calls are recorded for quality and training purposes then I am entitled to the ticket number for the call!! Not only was Andrew condescending and borderline rude but he really was not interested in helping me... the repair centre has my new phone to sort out a fault... the phone was collected on the 17th from the store and I have had 3 different dates given to me as to when it was received and logged into the system and because its after 2pm on a Friday the supervisor/manager Priscilla who is apparently going to call me back ASAP is likely to only do it after enjoying her f**king weekend, you people take the money out my bank account like clock work every month but to get actual assistance or at the very least a straight and HONEST answer is as likely as me growing a 3rd eye!! If I could rate you -100stars I would do so but even then I would be ignored!!!
I would give minus stars if I could, I cancelled my account 3 months ago and now they have started taking money off my account, you phone their customer service team who are in Phillipines and can't speak proper English and are beyond rude! I have had to call my bank (thank goodness FNB have a 24hr call centre) to report/flag the payment and have had to cancel my bank card which puts me out- pathetic service!

They say on their website to talk to one of their customer service representatives via whatsapp with the link and then they read your messages but ignore your questions... I wanted to buy items and wanted to find out if they offered a courier service from Joburg to Cape Town... please hire staff who want to assist customers and not leave them on read for over 10mins only to answer with one line after you tell them not to bother
Mtn Canal Walk (next to clicks) Shop Manager Tania Johnson is AMAZING!!! Going above and beyond to assist!!! I will remain a loyal client as long as Tania works for MTN!!!
