I ordered 14 items on the 25th of September and paid Buffalo Logistics customs fee and till to date my order is still missing, no communication whatsoever with both Shein and Buffalo,I've called Buffalo and they told me that my order was sent back and they said they have no idea as to why the order was sent back. Buffalo said I need to inquire with Shein of which I tried time without number to call and whatsapp but all their methods of communication are not available and when I track the order it says my goods were lost I must wait for the refund of which its been more than a month wait
I signed the policy with Sanlam Durban on my husband. Unfortunately he passed on before the 6 months waiting period. I instructed Sanlam to cancel or withdraw the application of the said policy. I was told to send my husband's death certificate in order for the policy to be canceled of which I did. The next day 21 July I received a message from Sanlam saying that the policy has been updated mind you I did not ask for it to be updated but to be canceled. As if that was not enough now the person that is covered on that policy is myself and iam also a premium payer but the beneficiary when I die is a person that I don't even know. I told the person whom I took the policy from and called Sanlam offices but to no avail.Its not the 1st time such happen to me and iam concerned about how things are done by this company.
Worse private hospital I've ever seen. It took them 3 days to change sheets for a very ill cancer patient. The patient was unable to breathe they couldn't even give the oxygen. They need to be told everything is a struggle with them. The white lady working in the oncology ward has no empathy at all she is very rude and always angry, very arrogant and gossip about patients relatives if they enquire about something. The urine potty was not removed next to hospital bed for days. They said they have the shortage of linen and they only change sheets if they are stained. The medication already paid for by medical aid when you take them with you they call you and ask you to bring those back and said they resend those to pharmacy for reuse. It's horrible they don't even communicate and give feedback about patients when you ask them questions they have no answers. This hospital is similar to government hospitals where services are free. Iam very disappointed with them
I write a review about Hollard almost a month ago, till to date I haven't received any response from them. One of their agents ****med me when I took a policy from them and ended up with 4 policies under my name as a premium payer but beneficiaries and their addresses not known to me. I've called times without number there is no way forward with the issue I've emailed all documents they required my refund is still not paid.
I took one funeral policy with them, come end of the month 4 policies deducted on my salary with the beneficiaries I don't even know. I phoned Hollard, sent emails to cancel all my policies with them even the one I duly signed for because of their *****. The consultant told me over the phone that everything was canceled and I will be refunded for the policies that were *****ulently signed under my name deducting on my salary. They told me to go and do affidavit and email it together with some documents of which I did. They promised I was gonna be paid in 6 weeks time now it's been more than 2 months I haven't been paid and they keep on saying I need to send documents and I've sent similar documents for like 5 times calling them endlessly till to date my money has not been refunded and their one policy is still deducting on my salary. Hope this alert other people about such ****mers
The guy named Sipho was very friendly and very helpful. He gave me very good advices which in turn allowed me to take informed decision.
I was charged by Edgar's since 2014 for a club magazine they U didn't Even signed for.I went to Edgar's Durban and canceled this but the deductions continued even after I have closed the account Edgar's was accessing my money fraudulently through my Jet account.I went to Jet they called Edgar's on my behalf and Edgar's representative said they won't be refunding monies unduly charged on my account but they will only cancel the club membership again.I believe iam entitled to the full refund
My mother of 78 years old has an account with Jet and since 2014 three unknown cell numbers have been buying airtime using this old ladies account.As my mom is too old I accompanied her to Jet Galleria Amanzimtoti the lady there helped to connect us with Cell C who are scamming my mom.We filled in the paper work from fraud and nothing has been done to refund the old lady the monies unduly paid by her since 2014
I sold my house in April and all transfers were done and Ethekwini Munipality was suppose to give me the refund for monies due to me on my billing.I went there and filled the necessary forms and I was told to wait my refund will be electronically paid at the end of August,toll to date iam waiting for that refund.When I call their Durban branch in Florence Mkhize iam now sent from pillar to post and they would drop the phone after me having hold for more than an hour using my airtime.I have called them more than 4 times as we speak.
I contacted them through their online number ,sent them a please call.The next day in the morning they called.Very professional and my aim was to take the cover for only one car but I ended up signing for 3 cars that's how good they are
