So Frogfoot digs up my pavement, removes my paving attaches a box to my wall, does not consult with me then leaves my driveway without bricks., and leaves broken bricks laying about..when you complain they pass the buck from one company to another yet they erect a big sign on my pavement saying Frogfoot digs here..... and just never pitch to fix anything....so my pavement is all chopped up, my driveway is half paved....and Frogfoot does business as usual....please can you take responsibility ……..you found my pavement neat and my pavement decent, you attach a box to my wall, and when that gets vandalised......are you going to repair my wall....because if you cannot even fix my paving....? I left everything as is, did not touch a thing since you were last there, just in case you want to see what actually happened
I took out a funeral policy with Hollard and was under the impression we had cover i recently wanted to increase the policy to find out that the policy had lapsed a year ago, i was told i was sent an SMS in December which i cannot recall, i was not sent any other notification, they cannot re-instate the policy and to take out a new policy i must wait the period of 12 months i feel was unfair i was never told that the only communication was with SMS and i am now informed we dont have cover whilst we are devestated. Please HELP ME
I'm disappointed in the manner in which Nedbank makes and keeps to arrangements. I recently made a payment arrangement with Nedbank they agree to it then default on their own arrangement they don't call you back they don't inform you that they decided the arrangement is no longer in force. When you enquire you are told what their procedures are and not anything about the facts that they defaulted. Then to add insult to injury they try to manipulate you into agreeing to an arrangement you know you cannot afford. Each consultant has its own view and it's own interpretation and each consultant makes different arrangements that Nedbank cannot keep. Please help...we are giving reasonable expectation and then just left out to dry...we have anxiety over the issue and considering we are brand loyal to Nedbank for nearly 15 years. Is Nedbank only there for the good times
I bought a washing machine from game in less than a year thevhime broke i reported this the repairs were to take 2 weeks its been lile 4 weeks now i have to hand wash. And i feel that as a consumer i was not informed that the guarantee and repair of the machine has a wait this long. The repair costs me weekly more money than a assistant at home full time. I was refererred by game to hisense and hisense has not even bothered to read my ema. Meanwhile every day i have to handwah.
I have recently just had one problem after the othet my biggest loss was that of rain damage. It rains here so often. I claimed on some of the furniture damaged The assesor agrees there was damage and i got paid out a certain amount I really admit that i did not ask questions on the pay out as i was distracted then i received a call to collect the damaged goods. I then try to purchase the replacement furniture and i the discovered the money was inadequate for example two chest of drawers were damaged and the insurance has a quote for R2200.00 each whereas in where o live its like R4500.00 each. Also my desk was not paid out but later when it dried out theres rust. I called the insurance i was then advised to send a quote i dont receive any confirmation or progress and im worried as the salvage company is coming to collect the goods. Pls can i get some help
I requested a payment break due to funerals, I was just then debited without warning an amount of R7000.00 then I called I asked who gave permission for the credit card to access my account i did not sign a debit order for that account, I was then told I must accept it as it cannot be changed, I was told they cannot offer me a break, I then left it I got an sms saying I must pay R5000 NO OPTION TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS again debited my account without my permission or warning, not even a call that this will happen, again I was not consulted even though I explained my difficulty, I feel violated, unheard and that I have requested assistance and was ignored....now it's as if decisions are taken for me as if the credit card just decides what I can afford waits for money to be credited and then debits....i have been banking with nedbank for nearly 10 years
Please can you help me I've negotiated for a 6 month restructure on my vehicle due to funerals, I was granted 3 told I must renegotiate after the 3 months are over....then I made several requests nothing happened pls can you assist me, everyone just escalates my query with no actual help
Nearly 5 weeks ago we had rain damage we never get any communication from this organisation, in fact I call them all the time, you just get told that they waiting for the assessor. Placed on hold.....meanwhile my house is under water my household insurance won't pay my furniture claim, I now get told that im it covered a whole 5 weeks later.....pls give me back my premiums i was mislead....pls I insist you pay out my furniture claim....after all you neglected to keep me informed.......pls I want my premiums.....this by the way is my second hello peter complaint....np response from you....but wen u take my money for premiums there's no problem there.....keep your side of the bargain. If i new this was how you do business i wud never ever have taken insurance with you. Do me a favour and tell your clients what they really in for

I received a email response on my previous review with just no we can't help you thats out proceedure what happened to let's see where we can help you let's look at your brand loyalty to us....pls can i get someone who van actually help me....i would not go to this extreme if i did not need it
