I am trying to settle my account 441718582, they sent me email without settlement amount. I've been trying to call, they have dropped all 3 of my calls after they reach 6 minutes whilst im holding. I've ran out of airtime and had to keep recharging
On Wednesday I sent my defy 30l microwave to game galleria, which I bought in May 2024 and is no longer working. It's still within warranty. Within a day, they called me that it was fixed and I picked it up. I picked it up yesterday. I got home and find the problem worse. I have to travel another 72km going back for the exact same thing I know the product is not of Game, but maybe they can check before calling a client to verify their information. I have to spend on the road equivalent to the price of the microwave as I will still have to go back to pick it up
I always bragged about defy products durability as I had spent years with their products without problems. But this time I bought a 30L microwave from Game in Galleria in May 2024 and its already not working. I sent it back to Game, I don't know where they took it but it came back worse but they claimed it's working. I have to drive 72km again back to Game for the same thing. The respect I had for the brand is lost
I bought couches from them in 2015. To this day, they are strong, never list color, just as beautiful as I bought them 10 years later. I'm shopping for a new set, I'm going back

Bought laptop for admin, had sound issues from opening the box and Makro who sold it to me wasn't much help as it was manufacturers issues. Total waste of money
In January I wanted to settle my account, I called to get settlement amount, but the person I spoke to sain I need to talk to Nondumiso Mkhize, who will call me back with all information. To this day I'm still waiting, I ended up paying all the amount in a statement but still I don't know how to close this chapter.
I was admitted in High care from 15 April and discharged 17 April 2021. I paid cash not on medical aid. They demanded more than R50000 as each day was about R10000 in ICU. I paid as they demanded. I only stayed 2 days and so they had to refund my money. After being discharged, a lady by the name of Jennifer Pillay gave me a breakdown of charges from attending doctor, to Xrays, bloods, etc, and admission fees, and the remaining balance. According to their policy, refund is within 14 days, for me it has been over 6 weeks now without getting my refund. They don't communicate the problem. Each time I call to enquire I get a different excuse. I still haven't gotten my refund
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I looked for loans online but never took any loan. Then they sent me an email from their so called "Ahela Africa attorneys", claiming I used their services. They can't prove what services they rendered, all they are about threatening to blacklist your name. I was afraid and paid up about R800 for nothing. They refused to give me settlement letter and demanded I pay more if I want settlement letter. All their contact numbers don't work. The person's name appearing on email is Rosemary Labuschagne. They have no office address 2 days after that payment, they changed the figure and claimed I used their services giving me a deadline of 2 days to pay. I'm now using legal route to find them Reasoning with their emails is useless, they are only interested in your money
