I placed an order on the 18th June, on the 23rd of June i sent an email enquiring about this order as i have not received and feedback. I was contacted nby a consultant and advised they are waiting on their shipment and they will let me know once order arrives so i can come and collect. Today 23rd July i sent another email enquiring about this order. I received feedback in capital letters that its been available for weeks for pickup. No phone call or email stating my order is ready, NOTHING. So how am i expected to know my order is ready. I contacted them requesting to speak to a Manager because of this email I received, and like always he was not available, so i contacted a cell number which he said he was the owner, he also got nasty and screamed at me and told me to F off and take my business somewhere else as they don't need it. So now order and now money. And telling me if i contact them again they are going to make a harassment case against me.
How can you pay a supplier twice, a valid refund that is due back to me because I already paid the supplier in full, you go and pay MY money to them AGAIN. You confirmed receipt of payment, you had issues with Invoices that was rectified then claim was approved for a refund, but you pay them instead of me, and now after being on the phone for 30+minutes i still don't have answers cause no one wants to assist.
Its amazing how they get you to sign a contract then once activated all services fly out of the widow and you are bound to a company who is useless, no willingness to assist in any matter
They have increased my bond payment with +- R2000 when i tried to call them about this is one massive struggle to get information regarding my bond out of them and either they drop the call in my ear when i ask for a Manager or just tell me they are in a meeting. No Manager is ever available to assist with customer complaint.
You are quick to take my money from my account but to allocate it to my account takes forever. When i request to speak to Management she is never available, so either she is not doing her job at all or Mobicred needs to place Managers in their department so they can run better. So its very clear to me that there is a lack of Management in that company. Where is my money that i paid you????
How hard is it to send a paying member the network list for specialist that you require us to visit. Spending hours on the phone to get the list and NOTHING. Do i need to stop paying you first before i can get service. Its your policy that we can only see Dr on your specialist list but now i have to fight to get the list out of you so that i can see a DR. And to top it off i am refused to speak to any manager in charge.
I am being refused my FNB card!! The telephone operators are rude and extremely disrespectful and refusing me to speak to Management. They are ********ly keeping my card from me.
What disappointment how customers are treated with no respect these days, because they "work" from home we get no service out of them anymore. I am being refused to speak to Management about this! You have to spend hours on the phone either being transferred to 10 departments or they just drop the call because they don't feel like assisting you! How difficult it must be to provide a customer and date and time for card delivery.
Beware of Fastway they deliver parcels to the wrong person then its a mission to get this collected and send to correct person! Then they want to charge you as well for their mistake!!!! Placing waybills on the wrong box right next to customers invoice with their shipping details on there OMW.
Its been 6 weeks of phone calls and emails! My internet does not work correctly, you guys just keep logging tickets and NOTHING gets fixed, you wont fox my internet and you wont cancel my account. Its very easy to deduct every single month. At this stage i am paying you for NOTHING
