I HAD TO DRIVE 147 KM TO COLLECT MY PARCEL,SINCE THEY FAILED TO DELIVER IT TO ME , APPARENTLY THE DRIVER **** AND SAID THAT WE COULDNT GET HOLD OF ME , WHILE I HAVE TO THAT HE DIDINT CALL ME ,WHEN HE WAS MAKING DELIVERIES, I AM VERY ANGRY SHAME. WHEN I GOT THERE THEY DIDNT EVEN SHOW REMORSE,THAT I HAVE TO DRIVE TO THEM TO COLLECT MY PACKAGE.
At first was not sure about them but YES they have assisted me to remove red flag with credit bureau, they are so professional , i want to give Amanda Nkosi her flowers while she still alive , thank you very sisi , continue doing a great work.
I am very angry 🤬 and disgusted with this bull ****, mix telematics /beame, last year my account was handed over to the debt collectors and I told them no it's fine, please close this account because I don't want your poor services anyone telematics,sharp then made arrangements to pay the balance in full,sharp,now they are sending me messages that my account is in arrears,my last payment was on 28 /08/2024.nxxa I am in arrears for what I don't receive any services from your guys.what services did you render to me? ayii close this account mina nxaà bull ****.
i have been trying to contact Mondo customer service but their number goes straight to voicemail, there is useless chatbox and whatsapp link that does not even try to answer or resolve our problems
i regret taken up personal loan with Nedbank ,because now my account has been handed over to legal team without a valid reason , even those legal teams are not co-operative ,not customer oriented , i am not happy with Nedbank shame. i am actually ****ed off

I am still in disbelieve that this so company have ****med me, they promised to clear my name under debt review ,while knowing very well that i have not finished paying of my debts, they made to accept the debit order mandate from my FNB bank , i want you to cancel that mandate because i do not want your services anymore. i was assisted by Malcolm Phakathi
i am extremely disappointed with the service i got from FNB digital banking , yesterday i had discovered that i have been ****med my a company called Clear Debt Review which debited my account on the 26th August ,Amount of R2500 then immediately tried to notify my FNB about this and instruct them to dispute or suspend this debit order from debiting my account , iyoo with that frustration was transferred from 1 line to another without any assistance , i even went far as driving to the nearest FNB branch as instructed by their digital consultants but even at the branch FNB STANDERTON did not assist me instead they insisted that i should call again the call Centre consultants to assist but still i was not assisted , i am very much disappoint yes i have been ****med but i want to STOP the debit order from further debiting my account , is that so difficult, NXXAAA
