Absolutely unacceptable service from MTN South Africa. I took out two month-to-month home router contracts and returned both routers and cancelled the contracts on 17 December. Despite this, MTN still debited my account on 1 January. When I contacted customer care, I was told to return the routers — which I had already done. I was then forced to go back to the store to re-confirm the return and request a refund. Since then, I have called customer care 20–30 times, followed every instruction exactly, and sent my bank confirmation letter FOUR TIMES. It is now 14 January and I still have no refund. MTN makes it nearly impossible to cancel, and once they take your money, even harder to get it back. Completely frustrating and unprofessional.
The worst ISP I have ever experienced. For the past month, they have been going in circles troubleshooting my connection because IT DOES NOT WORK. How much longer do you want to troubleshoot before you admit that this connection doesn't work? HORRIBLE service.
They do not pay out according to their policy schedule. Their customer service is trash. Might as well talk to my wall because they do not respond.
Even 1 star is too much. This is the worst app I have ever used in my life. They will cancel your order, ***** your money, and still not credit your account. DO NOT USE this foreign giant business, they do not give a **** about their users. Use local delivery services instead.
Absolutely shocking service. I've been waiting for almost a month now for you to pay a claim for an emergency visit. I've sent multiple emails with no response. What is the point in having medical insurance if you do not pay out? Don't waste your time with any of their policies. If this is not paid up by the end of this week I will be cancelling all my policies with you.
I received an SMS stating my account will be debited at the end of this month. I do not and have not signed any contracts with Netstar nor have I used any of your services. What's more worrying is I have not shared any of my personal details with you, this includes my cell phone number and account details so I do not know how you have this information, you are in violation of the POPIA Act. You cannot debit me because I do not have any services with you and I do not give you permission to use my personal information, you need to delete it immediately.
Absolutely useless ISP. My connection has been down for the entire day (2nd time in the space of 6 days) and has been very intermittent. I've had to spend more on mobile data this week alone than I get debited for each month. When trying to get through to customer support they ignore your requests and try to shift the blame. Absolutely pathetic service all round. I will be cancelling my debit order and moving to a new ISP if this is not resolved timeously.
Absolutely pathetic customer service. I've been trying to sort out a claim for about a month now, I've tried emailing yet I get no response. I've tried calling your call centers and the agents I've gotten through to are not helpful and do not care (I've gotten put down on, been placed on hold for over twenty minutes and the last guy I got through to was falling asleep while on the phone to me). Your service is pathetic. Don't waste your money with this company.
