Easy to navigate website and Kaylee Strydom is the most efficient customer service rep. The collab between Stadio and Wize Books is making nervous parents and students breathe a little easier 🤗
What a useless service! Clearly a **** bcoz how is it that we can't call or you don't respond to emails? All of the comments on Hellopeter are 1 stars with people so frustrated. Your social media has angry emojis from customers? My husband's balance owing is not the true reflection of the transactions!!!!! Makro is at it again! My order was confirmed on the 26th of November. Delivery was scheduled for 28th November. Order has still not arrived and when I called the Customer Care number, I was told that I should contact Makro Woodmead, the store that is facilitating the order. First time I called Woodmead, I was left to hold endlessly for the online team until I had to drop. Now the calls are just not going through. SO WHAT HAPPENS NOW????????
I am becoming increasingly annoyed at the fact that Dischem is taking its customers for fools! The Softi toilet rolls are specifically labeled 350 sheets, but in each and every roll for the last 2 months the rolls are only perforated on the first half of the roll. Halfway through you have to struggle to tear the damn thing and it gets messy and ends up being such a waste. I have pictures for proof!!!!! How is this 350 sheets then when it's just one frustratingly long sheet???????
I paid for my order on 30 September and delivery was scheduled for today (4 October). Since yesterday the delivery shifted to 7 October without explanation, while other people on Social media are receiving their orders. This is Mpoomy Ledwaba's book (check her profile, people are receiving their books). This morning the website shows that the book is available in Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town and says buy now and get your delivery today. WHAT THE HECK IS HAPPENING TO MY ORDER???????? I AM EVEN PAYING FOR TAKEALOTMORE FOR WHAT????????

Shockingly pathetic service from Toys R Us! I placed an order online and if the item was out of stock, the system should have said as much instead of wasting my time. Getting a call from someone trying to convince me to take a different item that will be of no use to me is equally as pathetic! What's worse is that other stores have the item I need, but not the store I elected to collect from. Toys R Us Head Offoce should bear the responsibility of sourcing the item from other stores for customers, but NO! Offering me a refund is of no help, as half my order is still at this one particular store. Disappointed is an understatement!!!!!
It has become very clear that the Massmart business is a foolish one! In December I bought a kiddies bike helmet from Makro online and they delivered the wrong item (not at all what I saw when I pressed purchase on the website). Now I bought one from Game a few days ago and again same story! What exactly is it that makes it so hard for people to check an order and dispatch what a customer bought? So after a month of complaining and several Hello Peter reviews (the only way Makro seems to take notice btw), Makro sent me an email yesterday saying a refund was approved for the incorrect item they had delivered to me and which they sent a Courier to collect again. Today a Courier came to my home and delivered THE SAME ITEM which I had returned! WHAT ON GOD'S EARTH IS HAPPENING HERE?????? I DO NOT HAVE THE MENTAL CAPACITY FOR THIS RIDICULOUSNESS!!!!! This should be simple. You give me a wrong item, you come collect it and either refund me or give me the correct one, BUT NOOOOOOOOO NOT MAKRO!!!!! COME AND VET THIS HELMET AGAIN PLEASE!!!!!!!
