Inconsistency and poor customer service
For three different occasions I have received a message from the courier guy informing me that my package is out for delivery in Phalaborwa and i would cancel my plans for the day to make sure that I'm available to receive the package. The package doesn’t arrive and when i try to track it, they claim that the package was returned to the hub because I was not available while they never even tried to communicate with me

Unhappy client
This is the second time im not happy with their service. I was expecting an order and it didnt arrive. Around 6pm i get an email that says my package might be returned as there was ni communication between me and the delivery guy. My phone was on the whole day so im certain they didnt try to call me. The time before this one they called me and asked uf i could come collect my package from their offices. How do you even ask me this when i paid for door to door delivery

Poor customer service
Ackermans at botleng complex was my worst experince. Hat ta stand at the till waiting for cashiers to come attend us while they were chit chatting at the door. When i went to ask for assistance they said the person who is supposed to help us went to collect her phone

Worst service ever experienced
For a first time customer, i was stupid not to check for reviews first. Im current waiting for a par of shoes that according to their website and multiple emails has been delivered (at 9pm) which i never received. I called their customer care and they promised to get back to me by end of business and now i cant follow up because its a holiday Their app promises free delivery for purchases over R550 yet they still charge you 70 rands

Disappointing product
The hair quality is impressive but i was very disappointed by the number of bundles they used for my bob. The raws are so far in-between and because of the few bundles used the hair is so flat and lacks volume. In conclusion i dont think i got my money ‘s worth

King Price Insurance
<div>They request to quote you and promise an isabella garcia gift card. The card takes forever to come and once you recieve it then you find out that the code is invalid. Very disappointed</div>

Disappointed in McDonald
Very disappointed in Mc Donald Kathu. Ordered a fold over and it was nothing i expected. The wrap was burnt, there were not tomatoes in the wrap and it was so dry that I couldn’t swallow it without a drink

Bad customer service
Had a horrible experience at chicken licken attlyn in Atteridgeville When i had to wait in line and watch the staff chatting socially with a customer who seemed to be a friend. What made the experience worse was finding an old lady by the door who said she had been waiting for over 20min for her order to called out while she watched people walk in and out

Healthy and happy customer
Found their service in the lattakoo estate community chat room.l decided to inquire about their wheeliebin cleaning service because since covid-19 everyone ( me included) is worried about hygiene and their service was splendid. They even offered the first bin wash for free to show me how good they are and i was sold instantly. The bin even smelt like methanol that is how i was convinced it was germ free.i would recommend them to anyone who is within their radius.

Amazing service and happy customer
I recently bought boots from their website and they came exactly as advertised and sooner than the expected delivery date. After being so impressed with their service i went on to buy a coat that also arrived exactly on time but the fit was not right. Their exchange policy was so hassle free that i don't see myself leaving the house anytime soon to go shopping
