On 19th March I stopped at totalernegies Britztown for refueling. The petrol attendant checked water and oil whilst I went to the shop. On my return, I noticed that he has opened the radiator cap instead of using the water bottle in the car. As he was closing it , he didn't get it closed tight because about 35km away the car cut off due to overheating. Upon inspection, I found the radiator cap next to the battery. A tow truck got me back to that outlet where I called the manager. He was not helpful at all as a result we spent the night sleeping in the car. I had to get a mechanic to repair the car at high costs. After lodging a complaint with totalernegies then, the customer service staff told me that they sent my complaint to the outlet. My lawyer wrote to them but till today they have not responded to my lawyer's correspondence.
I booked a trip from Johannesburg to Cape Town for the 20th March 2025. On the 19th we traveled by car to Johannesburg, unfortunately the car broke down along the road and that caused us loose time. I contacted intercape office to reschedule my bus trip. they charged R105.00 for that. the mechanic checked the car and said that it won't be ready before my rescheduled date. I again contacted intercape to reschedule and this time they charged me R368.00. When I cancelled the trip eventually they charged me more than R600.00. in essence I paid over a R1 000.00 for a service I didn't use.
In the past few weeks, I had a problem with the delivery of my package by a company doing deliveries for them. I complained and they promised to solve the issue. Today a different carrier delivered my package with no hassle. They live to their promise.
Today is raining at Stellenbosch. At 17:30 I received a call from Buffalo logistics delivery driver informing me that he is at the kayamandi police station I should come collect my parcel. I told him to bring it to my address as I was not going out in this rain. This issue with these delivery guys has been coming on since these african staff got involved. It is clear that this issue will not be solved anytime soon with these staff members treathing us this bad. The last time as well was the same issue where they even **** saying that I refused to sing for the delivery. Why does Buffalo logistics management not act on these workers who treat other black customers this way outside the policy of Temu? This time they can return the parcel I will ask Temu for refund.
After I shared my experience about their delivery staff, the company contacted me. I furnished them with the requested information and my issue was addressed I received my order yesterday. It is very rare to get a response from companies when one posted such negative experiences. This shows the commitment Buffalo logistics has towards their business. I can conclude by the reaction of the delivery team yesterday that their management is serious on discipline. Thank you
I bought some stuff from Temu via online. I was update since submitting the order till I received my order. The amazing part is their fast service on everything. when I cancelled my order, I was refunded immediately no tricks no exhausting processing. If you have a complaint, they have a platform that professionally deals with to your satisfaction. If there is something wrong with your ordered goods , you furnish them with the details and immediately you are either refunded or given credit it's your choice. it's the first time I find a business this customer oriented. I'm proud to share my experience about them they are one in a million.
Their african lady dispatch clerk at the cape town branch is unprofessional and lacks customer care skills. On the 18th June she returned my parcel under false reasons and again on the 19th after she threatened to return it if I didn't go collect it by the police station. Their driver saw it fit not to deliver our parcels door to door instead called all who had parcels to meet him at the police station. when told him that I forgot my name but provided him with my address to check my parcel, he said that he would think about the address and drove away with the parcel.
Friendly and professional service. when booking your vehicle for service, you are asked if there is anything else to be attended to. they offer you coffee/water and provide you with transportation to your destination. when other unmentioned defeats are detected, they call and advise you accordingly. when you vehicle is ready, they come fetch you and go through the work done with you before handover. if you not happy, they call a technician to advise you until you happy.
