I don't even know where to start, almost feel like I'm an African bank employee. In short, I wanted to increase my credit card limit, they ask me for a Payslip and I let them retrieve my bankstatements themselves. That was day one, every day I followed up and every day there was a problem, then they did receive my payslip, I sent again, then they can't see clear, but it is pdf, but ok, I sent again, then they did not receive bank statements, which was retrieved by themselves, but ok, I sent 3 bank statements. Then they can't find where they paid in my salary. I underlined deposits with red and sent again, then they came again with the payslips is now a problem again, they can't see, that was day 4, I went to the bank and let them sent all my documents. Then day 6 I am so frustrated after call 34 to African bank, they told me that everything is now 100%, I will receive a message with offer. Nothing, day 8, after I called them another 9 times there was a problem but now someone will phone me with a offer. I received a call, but from the documents department saying I have to sent them my bankstatements, when I ask why, the lady told me she can't understand Afrikaans and my statements is in Afrikaans, so she can't do anything. It's day 9 now, I received another call from a different lady, ask me for bankstatements again, now she said after going through everything now it's all done and will receive my offer now. I am almost 100% sure it won't happen. The moral of the story is, don't waste your time with African bank, rather go to a proper bank. Where is this world going?
I really love my casinos and to play a little online casino's, but hollywoodbets are some of the worst I've been playing. If you have a question, don't even bother to ask. Hollywoodbets, you know how much I have deposited over this short period of time I was playing here and three quarters of that atleast you could not take fast enough, +-R100k, and now, what now, now you loose the opertunity to take another, just because you are so greedy, why not let the players atleast enjoy playing, before you take all the money so quickly. But like I said, continue with your greedy behavior and it won't be long before everybody get fed up with this. Please people, stay allert and enjoy your gambling, but don't let them take your money with this greedy attitude. With all the money I spend at Hollywoodbets, not even once they rewarded me with a voucher of gave me some kind of motivation to come play again by receiving some free play credits, nope!!! All they want is cash in take money and feel nothing, but sooner or later they will find out that you can go from hero to zero very quickly. 90% of people will relate, I am pretty sure of that, so Hollywoodbets, pull up your socks, stop advertising and rather look after the people that spend a lot of money by you, you won't even have to advertise anymore, they will do it for you.
Well we never learn. I decided to go for some relaxing time to GrandWest Casino, cause I am a regular player and a platinum card holder. I did speak to the slots manager that was very upset and really polite and could actually see the disappointment in her eyes in her help desk person, she wanted me to take that person's name, but I told her, you know what, the only thing here is to withdraw myself from the casino to make my statement so she and all the people that don't do there work properly can feel it. I believe praise someone when they good, but warn others if they are bad. Sins the first debitorder of my Telkom WiFi contract needed to go of, I had trouble. I was asked so nicely when do I want it to go off, not expecting this circus. I ask for a date and not one single month they could get it wright, nor the amount. Trying to phone them, no luck. This month the debitorder went off 4 days late again, now my accounts is suspended??!!!!! Why, it's your mistake again! I went to N1 city telkomshop where they gave me 2 things I could do. Pay again or lock a call for me so Telkom will call me back in the hour. One day later, and I am still waiting for this call. Telkom is the worst service provider I came across in a long time. If you want endless trouble with your billing and get suspended every month for there mistakes and struggle to get hold of someone to help you, feel free to do business with Telkom.

This casino don't even deserve a half star. My first struggle was with the deposit, at last my account was credited. I played, had so good wins and decided to withdraw R40 000. I started worrying when I could only withdraw in portions of R5000. I made sure of my paper trails and have proof of everything, screenshots every single thing. This weekend I went to Game with the intention to buy my daughter a boombox. A gentleman helped me, Joshua Bruyns, very professional, helpfull and friendly. Very respectfully apologize to me, promise me that this will never happen again and that this matter will definitely be taken further. He even gave me discount on my item because it has been on display and was the last one. I will definitely shop at this pitucular game again, just because the staff there knows how to do damage control and stand for there mistakes. This is 100% a #WIN team, even the bumpy road was not stopping them to make there customers happy. Well done Game, you will definitely see me in store again and again and again! Just a warning to some banks, slowly but surely African Bank is going to eet you all up, just wait and see. I visited the N1 city branch, was handled with alot of respect, friendliness and real professional. It was actually a shocker to realize that I haven't received the service from my existing bank, that I experience from African Bank. African Bank is definitely a Bank that you must just once pop in to, promise you, you might just open a account, just to experience people really caring about you. I thought to myself, ok, let's see how good they really are, phoned there call centre with the knowledge that I will have to wait for Monday to get done what I was going to ask. Still in shock, the friendly women that helped me, just said, sir let's give it atleast a try and unbelievably she sorted my problem out. This is not everyday that someone get 5 stars from me. Well here I am Standardbank, after more than a year of struggling with you to correct your mistake that you made by wrongfully put me up at the credit bureau. A hell of a lot of excuses, apologies .........but still nothing done, what kind of service do you give people? I wanted to tell the whole world about your bad services( that they may know by now anyway) but I realize I can't. BECAUSE THERE IS NO SERVICE TO MOAN ABOUT. I really can't understand that you still able to keep your doors open, you are a disgrace for other banks to call yourself one. One of these days, your bad attitude is going to bite you from behind, pretending to deliver service and care about your clients.
