They will **** you into thinking youre applying for a loan but instead focus on "Add on services" that come part of the loan and are at no cost to you but then boom a debit check mandate of R140. The consultants are rude and very unprofessional especially when you don't give in to their stupid demand to take up some additional services that becomes the core of the conversation and had absolutely nothing to do with what you need.
I registered my claim on the 27th of Fabruary 2025 for a glass replacement & the appointed company to replace my glass (The glass company) either ordered the wrong glass or the price waa ridiculously expensive which meant my excess was going to be high. I phoned PMD the following week to request that I pay for it and request for a refund. I got the glass which was almst R1200 less than what I was quoted, today on the 24th of March I still havent received my refund & I keep on phoning them to followup & I am told I will receive a form shortly to sign so that my refund gets processed. Over 2 weeks later after countless number of followups I still havent received the form. I AM BEYOND DISSAPOINTED
I got a callback from Lerato Mosithe for a tyre quote of which I was very happy with the quotes; she further explained the new features and their benefits which are new on the app. Her level of profesionalism and willingness to go an extra mile is what stood out the most about her. Im a happy cartrack client & thank you Lerato.
I was assisted by Nasiphi Nkonjane on a problem with my tracking device and her level of professionalism and articulation was amazing, she's informative and has great customer service etique.
Worst connection and even worst customer service. Got my call cut off by one of their support agent by the name Thandi whilst explaining my issue. When logging a call for support they promise to call you back but never do. Now theyre bill is due for a service i havent used since the 28th of December 2023 till date
Had the worst experience ever with Johan Cloette who was the sales person at the time, sent an official complaint to Samantha and him but none bothered to revert back. Even the Moto Ombuds couldn't get through to them,Chris's & Dirk we're also notified but none of them bothered to respond. Definitely wouldn't recommend Kia Auto City Nigel.
I've 3 worst experiences with debonairs pizza Dobsonville mall, ive lodged a complain before and the only thing i got was a whatsapp text from the manager requesting proof of what i was talking about. Their pizza was so dry it had almost no toppings & looked so wrong. Again last week i was delivered a burnt pizza which was also dry. All i wanted was to enjoy my pizza nicely indoor with my family but no we had to cook because Debonairs decided otherwise ?... I still have proof of both complaints and id never go buy pizza there.

I bought an explora for my parents and agreed to pay for the decoder with my monthly susbcription (R49), however it was never disclosed that there is a R105 access fee..! Why must i buy an explora and still pay subscripton and to use it as well. I am beyond dissapointed, and feel i have been robbed, futhermore i have been paying monies that i do not understand because service has been canceled due to non payment.
I had the worst experience ever, i bought a 2010 Fiat Bravo (Kia Nigel) which was faulty and the dealership failed to repair it, which out of desperation I ended up opting for a used 2016 Polo vivo which costed me more than the price of a brand new vivo and i am liable for the shortfal for a vehicle they failed to repair (+R40k) worth of shortdall which was added on to the new vehicle. They promiced the service book and spare key, which they told me those were at head office which was a total lie. 3 Months later i am still waiting, i have now taken this issue to the motor ombuds, hopefully they will be able to help me and cut all ties with these thieves
