I was at the atm around 11h30 this morning when I wanted to Deposit money into my own account. As I continued to enter all the information, I got to a stage where I needed to put the money in, it swallowed all that money and displayed a message saying my money has been retracted. This happened at the Dobsonville Standard Bank branch. I need the money back asap
I had an issue over a year ago in relation to the incorrect package I was signed up for and I was never assisted. I was being debited a bigger amount without the package upgrade. I complained and my complaint fell on deaf ears. I twice reported this ****** company on this platform, however, on both occasions I didn't get assistance and so I decided to cancel the plan. As we know, it was a month to month contract, so I decided not to pay for the following months so that I don't get their service anymore because I had moved to another service provider. In recent days I've been getting emails stating I owe around R4000+ ... How does one get billed that much without 1, the issue being resolved and 2, the plan was cancelled? Fix your company and customer service, I am not going to pay a single cent because of your negligence!
I've recently joined Afrihost for LTE connection last week Tuesday and received my MTN sim on Thursday. After connecting to the service, I've struggled to connect to a strong signal. I've been in contact with Afrihost for the passed 3 days to resolve the issue but nothing seems to be improving. I can't stream without it buffering. It's really frustrating and would like to directly find out from the network provider if there is any issues I should know of. Ref number: RE000005605811
I don't know why I'm still a client here. I try contacting the call centre I'm never assisted I get on whatsapp and get no response. I was billed R399 twice and I have never asked for that package. All I asked for to move to the R249 package but this has been incorrectly put in to place. Please sort out your office otherwise I am cancelling my membership!!!
Through the years I've been building my credit score and everything was going well until I tried to apply for credit. My application was rejected because somehow my name is blacklisted. How and why, I don't know because all my payments are upto date and my interaction with NDA was about 4 years ago and this nonsense of being listed with debt surfaces now. I don't owe you anything and I don't intend to do any business with you, please remove my name and fix my score
I never signed up for Greenbacks but as I checked my account I was billed for it. Please reverse this transaction and make sure I never get billed for such again. I will also not be liable for any fees payable to that transaction

Just a day after my mom departed from this world, I went to the Diepkloof branch for claim assistance. I was helped professionally and was told that there's an investment that will payout probably weeks after. It's been 6 months and nothing has happened. 2 weeks ago I went to the Newtown Junction branch as it's close to where I work. The service was unsatisfactory as I was told that either an sms or email will be sent to me but nothing until this point. Please assist with the release of the funds ASAP
I am not sure how this service works, but it's really stressful. When you order online and choose the option to pick up the order yourself, why pay extra for the collection? It's ridiculous. One other thing that angers me is that before you make payment, it tells you the estimated time it will take for the order to be ready for pickup, however, as soon as the payment goes through, the estimated time extends. I mean, I should have received my order already but noooo, I have to wait extra days. This is frustrating.
