I have upgraded cellphone contract Friday 10 March 2023. To date 15 March 2023, I have not received new cellphone order. DSV cannot deliver because MTN did not update my contact details as requested. MTN consultants not very helpful, and they are not updating customer details as requested. I have been a loyal MTN customer for more or less 10 years. They are quick to debit bank account but not quick to update details and get the couriers to deliver speedily.
Very efficient, friendly, professional service. Also affordable.
Cell C is over debiting my account 389978895. I keep phoning the person whom assisted with taking out the contract, but she also not doing anything about it. Can anyone please assist by reporting this matter to higher authority. Cell C keep saying over usage. I am being ripped off by Cell C. Their Customer service not up to standard. Cell C staff do not care about their customers. I have been over billed and I have a capped contract, not open contract. The capped contract is for R619.60 per month, but you have been debiting my account for R2 279.12. • 01 Oct 2022 you debited me incorrectly R1 182.96 • 01 Nov 2022 you debited me correct for R619.60 • 01 Dec 2022 you debited me incorrectly R2 235.74 • 01 Jan 2023 you want to debit me incorrectly again for an amount of R2 279.16 for service not yet used. I do not have this kind of money to just give to Cell C. That is why I took out the cheapest/lowest capped package. The person who sold this contract to me on 18/082022 is Michelle Naidoo (084 229 7477) and I keep messaging her to correct this matter but she also ignoring me.
Supersonic keep debiting account after I've cancelled the contract. I keep sending emails and what's app messages, since July/August 2022, but they keep saying they will get back and look into the matter and someone will get back to me. To date no one has contacted me and no refund processed. In June/July I requested for a lower package, but they kept debiting my account for R999 a month. Supersonic staff do not do what customers request. And their what's app service is pathetic. I have emails and what's app messages to prove it all. Oh, and they never find call recordings and requests sent by me.
TWT-Tiger Advantage Plus have been debiting my account for over a year for an amount of R99 per month. When we wanted to use the services they sold to us, we could not use, their website not working. We have tried to contact them, to date we have not received any feedback from them. And want the refund for the entire timeframe. They sold us a product that do not work. We called them to cancel the contract but they keep debiting account.
I was contacted by one of Platinum Life's consultant's on Friday 11th Nov 2022 at 11:36 am, to sell extra benefits on my existing policy 1806743. I did not accept or agree to anything, told him I am not interested in any extra benefits. However, later on an approve it message was accepted on my banking app for a debit order of an amount of R855.03 to be debited. The consultant's name is Marnus called from number 018 140 0561. True Caller reflects it is a Spam Number. Called Platinum Life this morning at 09:23am spoke to Thabita. She said, she cannot see any debit order for over R800, only R655.86. I called my bank they say otherwise. Platinum Life is not answering calls and do not reply to my emails sent to them. 1st email: Sent: Friday 11 November 2022 11:50 AM 2nd email: Sent: Tuesday 15 November 2022 9:37 AM To date, no one from Platinum Life Contacted me.
I have purchased a laptop from Evetech, Tuesday, March 2, 2021. The laptop is faulty and reported it to them last week, but they do not want to replace the laptop. They referred me to another vendor (Pinnacle) to fix it, but they too are not contacting me to get the laptop fixed. My son uses the laptop daily for college. He has classes online, and he is also not able to do his projects and assignments. One assignment/project is due Friday 21st of May 2021. He is currently not able to do his assignment.
