Made an order for Sadtu regalia on the 23/11/2025 till today I haven't received my order. I paid cash on the spot. I reached out to them several times but all they do is acknowledge my messages but no order.
I logged a claim for a faulty geyser via email on 9 June, I have provided all the information needed including an alternative contact number. I tried calling the contact person Velile Nzuza who told me that they handed over the claim to the claims department to get service provider who will come to my house and assess. To this day I'm still heating bath water on the stove and it's taking a toll on my wallet. I will never recommend this company to anyone because they're quick to debit my account with monthly payments with ****py customer service.
I am expecting a parcel from Vodacom, a wifi simcard and a phone. I made the online upgrade on Tuesday 10 September 2024. On Friday I got an an sms from Skynet to expect a delivery around 5pm and they even sent a tracking link, waybill number and everything seemed fine. No delivery was done. Since that day I have been getting messages of "apologies, we couldn't deliver your package" and another message with a delivery promise,everyday. The tried calling the number I found on the sms but I would hold for a whole 5 minutes with an automated message telling me to " stay on the line" Im beginning to think I have been ****med by a non-existent Vodacom agent and Skynet.I've had a bad experience with their delivery guys before but I just thought he was having a bad day but now I'm definitely sure that that's how the company and it's employees illtreat their customers.
Someone opened an online cellphone contract with my details. MTNSA agent called to confirm the contract so that they can start debiting my account for the said contract .I denied having opened the contract, which I didn't of course. They advised me to go to any nearest MTN shop with my ID copy and an affidavit from the police, which i did. This was on 8 August. The guy who helped me at the shop emailed my documents to MTN fraud division and he cc'd me so i also got the email. He promised that the matter will be resolved within 14 days. As I'm writing this review now an amount of R1429 has been debited on my account by MTN. It's been 18 days since the matter was brought to their attention(Fraud dept.) but they did nothing except steal my money .I do not have a cellphone contract with MTN and i will never do business with them because by the look of things they are in cahoots with these scammers.
I filled an online form on Dial direct's website and requested for a call back. They called me the following day and i informed them of my intention to cancel the policy. The guy on the other side told me that he is in a different department and that he'll let the people from the cancelations department to call me, which they didn't.I got a number of calls from a Cape Town number and each time i pick up there was a faint sound, i couldn't hear it but it sounded like an automated voice message, all i could hear was "this is an important message.." furthermore i couldn't hear anything. I decided to call them yesterday, spoke to a lady, we chatted for a while and she asked me to hold while she's transferring my call to the relevant people. I stayed on the line for a while, listening to their irritating music. After something like 5 minutes or so she came back, told me that they seem a bit too busy then she confirmed my cell phone number and promised to have them call me.They never called me back, to my surprise they went ahead and debited my account. I need this resolved, the policy canceled and my money paid back.
Im writing this review to take the bull by the horns and warn other potential customers about what a fraud this company is. I moved into a new house in the village in Burgersfort, Limpopo province. The area is new and some houses, mine included, aren't electrified. I needed a simple solar system for lights and a few plugs because i only stay in the house during the school holidays. I saw ads from solar companies and I made enquiries. ISolar Solutions responded, i interacted with a guy called Paul. I gave all the info he needed, location of the house, my budget etc. He sent me a quote and i paid 80% of the total price. I sent proof of payment and Paul promised that installation will happen during the 1st week of Jan 2022.Come January 2022 i contacted him and he said that they have installations in Limpopo and reassured me that his "guys" wil come and do the installation. To cut a long story short Paul kept pushing the installation date forward and that's when i started seeing red flags. I got sick of his antics and demanded a refund because the school holidays were coming to an end and i had to leave Limpopo and come to Pretoria where i live and work. He asked for banking details, i sent him but it's been a week now and nothing has been paid yet.I need Paul to know that should i not receive payment by the end of business today im escalating the matter and i promise him that if i dont get what i'm owned, no one will never want to do business with his company again.
I bought two jeans for my niece, same make but different colours. She likes only one of them and when I tried to return the other jean, the Mams Mall branch manager, Ivan refused to take the Jean back because it did not have the price tag even though I had the cash slip. I removed the price tag because it was a gift to my niece. How do u gift someone and disclose how much you spent?
I applied for a Standard bank personal loan online, I submitted documents and got approved. One of the documents was my bank statement from the bank into which my salary gets deposited, and I thought the monthly repayment will be deducted automatically from my other bank. First month I waited for the loan debit order to go through but nothing happened. I received an email about my account having being handed over to collectors because I defaulted. The company name is Daly, some company in KZN. The company started debiting the loan repayment from my other bank monthly and at the same time Standard bank was also debiting my account for the very same payment. I went to the branch, submitted a proof of account from my other bank so that they (Standard bank) may start deducting the loan repayment from my other bank. That hasn't happened, I'm still paying via Daly and the debit order at Standard bank is still very much active, most of the time it bounced because of lack of funds and I'm being charged for that too. I'm sick of this bank and their nonsense. I instructed them to stop the collectors and deduct the repayment from my other bank, they gave me Daly's contacts and said I must be the one canceling that transaction. I wasn't the one who handed my account over to those people in the first place.
I moved into a new house in January and the place is a new settlement where some houses have been electrified and others haven't. I applied for a connection at the Eskom offices in Burgersfort, under Greater Tubatse Municipality and in Limpopo Province. A few weeks after applying they came to the house to check the distance between the house and the existing pole. That was the last time I heard from them. I am a citizen who deserves a service that I'm prepared to pay for but why the service isn't provided is beyond me. Please help.
I bought a dining room suite at Lewis Stores Mams Mall last week Friday. The table top and the stand are separate entities that had to be fastened together with *****s. Apart from the fact that they delivered at night, the table was not tightly fastened.Either the *****s were too small or the guy just didn't care. I made them aware of my dissatisfaction and they promised to rectify their mistake but till now they haven't showed up. Now I'm stuck with a table that tips over to one side.
