I've been messaging this people to enquire about my provident fund and with numerous emails have not had any reply.
For the past 6 months you have been debiting my account which I have canceled, in addition you are over charging me from the agreed amount, I am unable to dispute you on my account, the agents answers and the moment I start with my complaint, I get muted, every call is recorded and strongly suggest that those calls gets pulled and those agents get dealt with accordingly...i want all monies debited fr my account refunded since your services are not being used and haven't been for the past 6 months...this is absolutely disgusting, poor service and definitely poor customer care when calling in...DO NOT USE RAIN WIFI, IT'S A **** PEOPLE
I bought myself 2 packs of health mix 100g at your store in Mitchell's plain promenade and what a disappointment, the nuts are old and looked like spider webs inside the pack, it wasn't hair or anything, just looked like it could be spider web...i am so disappointed and disgusted, I usually only buy Montegu and decided to try Eden...absolutely disgusted, waste of money, even the pumpkin seeds are old, so what...i must now just throw it away
Absolutely ridiculous that your app has been offline for nearly an hour, I literally had to leave my trolley at the till to come and stand in a very long queue for Over an hour, which is a lot of time that I won't get back waisted... All because your darn app is offline... Capitec is becoming a huge problem, I wonder what you guys would do if all your loyal customers just pull away from you
What an amazing atmosphere for just my partner and me, I absolutely love it...the ambiance, the food, just everything though...i would most definitely have another surprise date with hubby there,

so my manager took us (his staff) for lunch at the tigers milk at the V&A Waterfront and boy oh boy was the chicken burgers horrible - patties were soaked in oil absolutely awful, the salad...oh my word, what a joke, a toss salad on the side and the bottom lettuce were soaked in either mayo or something - I would never ever recommend anyone to go to that branch - my colleagues were so sick, including myself with the stomach because of the burgers - I was super excited but I would never suggest anyone unless you are a drinker (which I am not) cause when you drunk you don't taste the horrible food
I'm very disappointed that I first had to wait an extra week for my new specs but also did not get the frame I wanted, I took a picture of the frame, and it's not what I chose...to top it off its too jig for my face and the lady at spec savers in promenade mall said but that's what I chose, now I have to keep a pair that I didn't even choose and I have pictures to prove it...this is the first time I've experienced this and and i still can't see through it properly and the lady said I should give it time, which I always do but huh uh... What a complete waste of time
My family and I went to mochachos on Saturday at liberty Promenade mall mitchells plain, food was great but the service was absolutely terrible, we all received our order and my husband waited 30min longer for his meal...apart from that the food is amaaaaazing, I would definitely go again
So my husband bought me this defy top loader washing machine just over a year ago and on the very 3rd day of receiving this machine I did washing and I had to call them to fix the machine since it made a very loud banging noise. In addition to that the input for the washing powder and stay soft doesn't even work like it should. So since I've had the machine, defy sent out their technician to fix it and I'm telling you, they've been out at least 5 or 6 times to fix this machine and it still giving me problems. Now, I've let them know it still has the same problems and I've requested for a new washing machine cause it's gonna keep doing the same thing. I don't see how a new washing machine can give so much problems, I want a new machine and not a technician to check it out. This is absolutely disgusting how many times they've been to fix this machine yet fail to replace it with a new one. Now I've gotta wait for defy to review the technicians finding and decide whether it should be fixed again. My husband is paying and I have a warranty on my machine, why can't I have it replaced!!! I want answers
