I am not happy with your service I settled my account and I need my paid up letter I called last week and you advised me my account is sold I called the number you gave me then nimble advised that they don't have my account I called you back no assistance I need my paid up letter it's not on the Portal
your service is pathetic for im calling your call center to be assisted for more than 48 hours all I want is a prescribtion letter, you keep passing me around from customer service to collections no one is assisting me at, on facebook inbox its the same!

Poor customer service from Capitec bank.!! My grandmother passed away on the 19th of November 2024 my mother submitted all the documents required and till today she has not received payment the person given the file placed the file on her desk and did not escalate the matter to the relevant person. The branch manager advised this person has NO AUTHRTY TO DECLINE THE CLAIM only today the claim is sent to the accessor! you are so quick to deduct funds for polices but you treat your clients unfairly especially in such terrible conditions, my mother has been passed from pillar to post, she went on and wrote on your Facebook page and when the Facebook team followed up the query they discovered the person the matter was escalated to with no authority declined the submission and only today the claim is sent to the accessor, can this matter be sorted as soon as possible!
till today my matter has not been resolved! pathetic service. Elize Bothma, made me wait for my claim to be processed and assured me it will be resolved not later than the 22/11/2024 after waiting weeks before ! yet till today its not resolved and she's giving excuses ie had enough of your pathetic customer service!!

I was given short change, I called to inform and the manager Shakiel told me there is nothing they can do!! I want my change and its not the amount the problem its the lack of customer service inb Tygervalley spar!! I will be taking legal actions if no response!
