AVOID they deliver damaged goods and when you complain they send a email saying sorry nothing we can do . refusing to exchange it . gotten to the point where i had to contact the NCC to take the matter further
this provider really is the worst i have EVER delt with 10 years in I.T and never had such bad service you sign up for the 100 mb line and everyday it keeps dropping to 5mb and when you contact them after 2 hrs to get through if you lucky they blame vuma or openserve always an excuse its DISGUSTING how they are taking advantage of a senior citizen (my father in law) promising 100mb and providing **** thinking its ok they dont care ...ill be sure to let EVERYONE on all platforms i know how they treat seniors and the service they provide
This is one of the worst carriers I've ever had this misfortune of using they are slow they never reply its been 2 days and I'm still waiting
Really bad wife ordered from temu I ordered from takealot her order came 4 days later I'm still waiting on takealot it's been a week now it's been set to the 9th so . Another week . Takealot has really become bad support is bad they just can't help I see why Walmart is now taking thier clients .
Really bad service I ordered small items and it was set for a week then I get a email saying it's been delayed another week with 0 reason 0 assistance takealot is getting much worse
The prices here are good but after you make a payment it all goes downhill from there delivery takes long when you contact them there ALWAYS an excuse for why . I used to buy alot here but I won't anymore . They just don't seem to care anymore once they got your money then you just annoying them from there .
very disappointed went there spent over R1400 wife got calamari and it was raw and filthy we only noticed because she had the hake with it and didn't finish so she took a lot home. she ended up getting food positioning from the food and you post a google review and not so much as a reply from them. i will not be going back there and most people i know wont go again they also choose not to risk it . not worth it at all
Really bad insurance My father in law has insurance with them even funeral cover the funeral cover they said will payout in 48hours we been fighting for 2 weeks to get the payout now the funeral parlor is going to charge more per day because they still have the body it's bull 1 life is BEYOND useless
Avoid at all costs I had issues I've been calling the customer care for 5 days to try fix the app but the 3d face scan does not work the customer care is beyond useless I've even had to get to the point of forwarding this issue with the NFO and my lawyer
MTN Store - Jacqueline Mall 16 - Alberton lists its open Saturdays i drive all the way there at 8 and they closed yet lists its open until 1pm why say you are open then close the doors is mtn going to pay me for my time and fuel because the branch manager is a fool ?
