Im sooo ****ed off, i received a replacement credit card in march which could not be activated, i called, emailed the for days its may now,and nobody is willing to help and all they do is keep you on the line for nothing. What a pathetic service, i regret taking the credit card with them. Whats worse they dont even have a walk in branch like other banks. Im having a card that is not activated with no pin.
im sooo ****ed off, my husband resigned beginning of October and since his been trying to claim him funds, when he called they put him on hold for long ended up sending him a stupid map to follow which was not helping. Up to this day his still cant get help with claiming his funds. Never again will we use old mutual pathetic service.
The worsed company ever they promised to help my husband clear his debt but only to find out that they ****ming people, their R8000 every month.dont accept any of their calls this ****mers and they good with lies too nxaa today we drowining in debts cause of this ****ty company.
We have been with clientele for almost 20 years now,and my husband's uncle passed away and when we claimed they didn't give us the 200 airtime and grocery was not given.we have emailed snd called with no response. 10 years ago another uncle passed away before 6 months waiting period, we have requested to replace him but they refused to help because we dont have the deceased paper work due to family issues, so for morethan 5 years we have been debited money of a person who has passed on we even asked if we could replace him with my last born son, they refusing to help. All they do is take money but they dont help us. All i can say is they **** people with no service delivery
Im soo ****ed with these company we canceled our membership in April 2023 and was told to wait 21 working days, even after the 21 working days we still being debited for a membership that is canceled, been calling emailng nobody is willing to assist us instead they taking us from pillar to post, all we need is for them to refund the 3 months debit orders and stop debiting us since our membership is canceled We even called to speak to manager with no luck I'm so ****ed and sick and tired of calling for the same thing what a pathetic service
Worsed bank in resolving fraud cases, my husband has been waiting for 2 months for his case to be resolved we even Emailed Tebogo Makofane he still didn't help. After being with this bank for more than 25 years they failed to resolved a fraud case busy making excuses and taking us from pillar to post. When he goes to the branch they busy saying they are escalating the matter like seriously we on the 3rd month still no reply soo ****ed off.
They claim to sell stationary but don't deliver, im still waiting for my refund to this day, i haven't received anything People must not buy stationary from this company
I'm sooo grateful to spiwe for making sure I get my parcel on time, iv never had problems with this courier company all my parcels always arrive on time, they very consistant and Pansual thank yoo soo much
I'm soo happy with their service I needed my anniversary dresses and they made sure they treat my parcel as urgent. Big ups to the team that helped with my exchange 👏
What a horrible insurance company, 5 months ago we were called to take up the insurance, no follow up was done as to weather the cars were taken for inspection or not then I had an accident they rejected my claim cause there was no Inspection certificate. They even took out my car out of the insurance but they continued debiting my husband even though the paper work was not complete I mean surely after 3 months they should have seen that there was no inspection done and reject it then but no they continued debiting us still. Stay away from this insurance.
