I have been reading a few of the reviews on hellopeter about hellopeter. Quite a few of them have been very positive. But I see that there have been a few bad reviews. I cannot understand why somebody would have a problem with hellopeter. In the 3 years or so that I have been with hellopeter I have never experienced any problems. I've only had great experiences with hellopeter and find their platform very useful. As concerns the person who used foul language on here to express his views, that is just not on. You do not get anything resolved by using foul language. In fact, it just makes things worse and you just end up giving yourself a bad name. Keep up the good work,hellopeter.
Like the majority of people in the world I have got an email address on my phone. And I'm sure that many people can identify with this problem: ADS. We all get them and they are beyond a pain. They just keep on and on coming up on your phone. I have blocked so many ads and unsubscribed from so many as well but they still just keep on coming. My complaint is: these companies do have the right to advertise their products but we have radio, television,newspapers, shopping centres and pamphlets. But they go a step further by giving it to google ads to let them spam us email users continueously. Who gives google the right to spam us in the first place? They always say that they value our privacy. NO WAY DO THEY VALUE OUR PRIVACY.If they did value our privacy they would never spam us in the first place. Our email address is for private use only, not public use. I have reported so many spam emails -even from the same companies- but nothing ever happens. Blocking them or unsubsribing from them does not help. Even turning off personalised ads does not help. The ads still keep on coming. PLEASE RESPECT OUR PRIVACY AND STOP ALL THESE PESKY SPAM ADS.
I live in Pietermaritzburg in KZN. On Monday 1 April I went to The Cascades Centre in Pitermaritzburg to sort out my 2 cellphones. I ended up buying 2 new sim cards. As I wanted to keep both original numbers I had to do a sim swap. I started off by trying to do it myself. But I was battling to do it. So I decided to go and look for a store that might be able to help me. I walked past the Itech store and decided to go in there to ask for help. A very friendly saleswoman, Marcia Brink, was working there that day. I explained my problem to her and asked her if she could help me. Without hestitation she said yes. She then proceeded to do the sim swap for both phones. She even phoned her sister who works at Vodacom to ask her if she could help to speed up the process.We were both complete strangers to each other when I walked into the Itech store. Not to buy anything or even to browse around but to ask for help with my cellphones. And Marcia went out of her way to help me. Seeing how helpful and friendly she is towards a complete stranger who was not even a customer I can only imagine how friendly, helpful and great service she would give a customer. With such great service and friendliness I would gladly recommend Istore to everybody and become a regular customer myself. Thank you for you great help and service, Marcia Brink. It was greatly appreciated and will never be forgotten. You a great ambassador for The Itech store.
I have been on Eskomsepush for a few years now and have found it very helpful about loadshedding news. I have even starting commenting on there with no problem. But then suddely out the blue I could not comment on there anymore. I have been banned from commenting. As soon as I put my comment on there it comes off straight away. I can still read everything. I would love to know why I have been banned.
My name is Neville Cohen. I used to belong to Fedhealth Medical Scheme for 21 years. I left them at the end of January 2023 to join GEMS. I have been reading quite a few of the reviews about Fedhealth; none of them good, except for one. Everybody else was complaining about bad service. When I joined Fedhealth in 2001 they were an excellent medical aid, paying for everything, hospital, doctors, dentists and everything else with a very good savings. Then in 2019 Fedhealth introduced their terrible "medivault" system. They did away with all the savings and only become a hospital plan. They still paid for unlimited doctors visits and chronic medication. Your savings was kept in reserve. If you needed the money you had to activate the reserve money that you require and then you given the money. Everything would get paid with this money. You then had to repay this money back over a year. Once this money was finished you had reactivate the money( which is a loan. So you were paying a very high fee for a hospital plan plus an x amount on a loan, which , in reality, is your own money. According to Fedhealth by using the medivault you are only using the money that you need and thus a saving. *******. Nobody can predict what their health is going to be like. You can be healthy for a good few months, then suddenly your health suddenly gets a bad turn and you get very sick. You then use up a large portion of your savings to pay your bills. And then suddenly you now have to pay Fedhealth back a large amount of money back for the loan. Including the high premium for the hospital plan. That was my reason for leaving Fedhealth. Judging by the large number of conplaints from other members of Fedhealth for other various services it is very clear that Fedhealth is getting steadily worse. In their reply to all the complaints they always say that they are sorry about the bad experience and that a consultant will phone them back to speak to them about the query- which is the very bad service. But do they end up rectifying the problem?NO.It just gets left to get alot worse.I'm sure alot of members have already left. I will NEVER EVER recommend anybody to join Fedhealth. My advice to those people who are thinking about joining Fedhealth is to run as fast as they can from Fedhealth. Fedhealth will only sugar coat everything when explaining rhe benefits of Fedhealth. MTN recently took a certain of money off my Standard bank account for a stop order, for the 1st time in about 3 and a half years after I had cancelled my contract with them. Which I queried. According to MTN I was still being billed on a month to month basis ( for a prepaid account). The contract itself had not been cancelled( which I knew had been as no more money was coming off my bank account.). I decided to try and reverse the stop order on my own but was unsuccessful. I ended up phoning Standard Bank customer services late at night to see if I had been successful with the reversing of the stop ordee. A vwry friendly,helpful, effecient consultant called Veronica answered the phone. I asked her if the stop order had been reversed. She said she did not see anything. She asked me to go onto my banking app. I was using my phone that the banking app was on. I asked Veronica if she could phone me back on my spare phone so thst I could go onto my banking app and she could talk me through it. Which she did. With Veronica's very efficient, very helpful and very helpful way, I pressed all the right buttons and got the stop order reversed and my money back. A 10 out of 10 for very friendly, very helpful and very efficient service from Veronica. I have forgotten what her surname is but she was the Veronica that was working the midnight sift on the 2nd or August. I was very impressed with tge great helpful friendly service

I had a problem with my two Samsung phones. The one phone had no internet connection and no matter how hard I tried to sort it out, nothing worked. Even rebooting it did not work. My other samsung phone had a problem with the sound. I could hardly hear the person on the other end. I went to Samsung Cascades in Pietermaritzburg on 27 November 2022 to get them seen to. As I walked in a staff member, Lizelle, came to meet me to help me. As I sat down the other staff member-- unfortunately I did not see his name tag and do not know his name. Lizelle helped me very nicely to reset my phone in order to get my internet working again. My other phone, with the volume problem, got fixed up perfectly. The time given was two hours but the phone was fixed in one and a half hours. The guy, whose name I never got, also helped me very efficiently. A 10 out of 10 for Samsung Cascades staff for being so friendly, efficient and fixing up my phones so quicky and nicely.
It was with a very sad heart that I heard about the racist views of Dischem and the moratorium they had on not wanting to employ any White people. After the document leaked out suddenly Dischem retracted the moratorium due to the backlash . A bit late now is'nt it? The damage has already been done. Expect alot of people not wanting to do any business with these racists. They only retracted the moratorium because they got found out. I, for one, will never shop at this racist business again. And I hope that alot of people will follow.
