Dear Metropolitan I am writing to formally lodge a complaint concerning several alarming issues I have encountered during my employment with Metropolitan. When I was hired, the information provided was misleading and insufficient regarding the conditions and expectations surrounding salary payment. Specifically, I was told that unlocking my salary required making sales amounting to R1200. However, despite making sales exceeding R2000, my salary remains short and incomplete. Additionally, employees are coerced into bringing clients as referrals, and more disturbingly, we are forced to alter the system to meet certain targets. I have never witnessed such blatant ***** in any organization before. Client requests are being deliberately manipulated to favor the team leader’s interests, leading to ********* adjustments that disadvantage genuine clients. The training provided was grossly inadequate—just one and a half weeks—after which we were immediately placed on the floor and expected to meet the R1200 sales target. This situation strikes me as exploitation, especially since Metropolitan continues to hire new employees daily without addressing these systemic issues. Given that my earned income is not being honored as per the original agreement, I intend to contact my referrals—my own personal data that I brought into the company—and advise them explicitly against accepting any Metropolitan policy. I also possess recordings and incriminating video evidence showing how the system is being manipulated and how clients are being de*****ed. I urge you to thoroughly investigate these matters and take appropriate corrective action immediately. It is imperative for the integrity of Metropolitan and the welfare of its employees and clients that these ********* practices cease without delay. Thank you for your prompt attention to this serious complaint. I expect a detailed response outlining the steps that will be taken to resolve these issues. Good Day My name is Tebogo on the 31st August 2025 I went to Barron clothing in Pretoria to purchase 2 T-Shirts and 2 Caps and also to get them embroidered. The lady quoted us and we paid instantly through geo payment with our FNB account. I explained the urgency of this and she told me that they will be ready by Wensday and that Monday she will send me the POP and the mock up. On Monday I sent her a text regarding the POP she didn't send it, Tuesday still she didn't send it, no communication or anything like that i phoned she said that she is bathing I should wait till she got to the shop she got there she still didn't say anything I had. I waited and wait. Today I sent a text to check if my items are ready for collection no response. I never expected to endure such disrespect and poor service from your retailers honestly. Worst of all she didn't even confirm the embroidery for the caps. I didn't expect Barron group to **** me seriously. I am very angry. Coz till date I still haven't received my items
Discovery ****med me my money. My retirement was 12k I was only paid 5k they ****med me my money. When I said pay all my money they said that they are unable to do that. It's sad coz I chose a high percentage to be deducted from my salary not knowing that my money is supposingly supposed to pay discovery employees to **** us. On the 4th- 03-25 I went to clicks clearwater to refund the products which I had purchased the day before at clicks the glen. The colored lady refused to refund the item cause it had a staple I don't even know what happened cause I bought it like that and I still have it. It's unused I also explained but they gave attitude saying it against the policy. I still have the item . What got me agitated is the disgusting attitude THAMI the manager gave me very proud at settled in his little title disrespecting and belittling the very who keeps the lights on. First I had to beg for my reciept he refunded 1 and was supposed to refund 2 giving me attitude as if he is the CEO and funder clicks . I spent R30000 + purchasing from clicks stores on different occasions and spoiling people and buying for my family, workers and self too. I gift my workers clicks card ensuring that I respect and bring business to you. This Trashcan treatment I recieved from your stuff is nonsense and I want to be re-embersed for such TRAUMA I recieved specifically from THAMI your very own so called manager. I am a business owner myself and I understand the significance of quality service it be a purchase, Quiry or refund it's highly important that you invest in good returns. Capitec stuff has access to our banking apps cause how does money disappear from our accounts like really??? My banking details were amended without my permission how dissapointing. Now money dissappeared from my account and it's a casual thing for them like they say I must wait 14 days to be assisted how ********* is this?? Then their stupidity suggest that I should change my card which is going to cost me extra. After you have *****ulently stole my MONEY you want more . I want my money. I'm still dissapointed at Capitec their ethics are not aligned accordingly honestly. They refunded me fine but this guy said I have to wait for six months in order to claim what nonsense is this? The last time I checked if your policy lapses you have two months of grace to pay and you don't have to start over. Capitec is taking advantage of people honestly

Capitec ****med me stru. They debited from my account December for a funeral policy next thing I received a message saying that my policy has lapsed. Then when I go to the branch they say it's an error and my money isn't reflecting they can re issue the policy and it's going to charge me R20 extra. Capitec is ****ming people. I want my money back.
