We placed an order with Cielo in August this year. They finally delivered a week ago and now the order was incomplete. We have half a bed. We had to follow up with Cielo and were referred to their customer care team. The customer care team cannot tell us anything. They have no idea when or if we will be able to get the bed. Nobody knows anything, we are just told to wait and hope. We recommended a refund but can't even come right with this. We have never experienced such diabolical service.
I placed an order over a week ago. I had to call today to find out why the order was not delivered only to find out that Makro does not have stock. This is unacceptable as I have waited for over a week with no feedback and now I have missed the Black Friday specials that I could have made use of from other retailers. Worst part is Makro says I must wait 7 to 14 days for a refund. Absolutely appalled. I will never order from Makro again!
I reported fraudulent activities on my business credit card to Standard Bank that transpired on the 13th December 2022. The amount was over R 40 000.00, the reference number for the case is 7048699176. Standard Bank (Yasmin Msanyera) conducted an investigation and now they are saying that I am responsible for the transactions that occurred due to Garmin pay. I was NEVER responsible for any of the transactions using the Standard Bank business card. Our company has been with Standard Bank for over 50 years. I was not responsible for any of the overseas transactions. I did not get any SMSs notifications for the transactions. I do not feel that this is fair in any way as I had nothing to do with the fraudulent use of the credit card. If this is how Standard Bank treats their long term clients, we will be finding a different bank.
Terrible customer service received. Promised delivery two weeks ago and still waiting. Sarah is extremely rude in her email replies and is not interested in assisting customers. I would not recommend them. Turn around time for an order is over 5 weeks and then you still have to deal with late deliveries.
We are so grateful to Yuppiechef. They have come through even when one of their suppliers would not. We would highly recommend their friendly online service as well as their amazing customer care. Miele Apologies for your inconvenience but does nothing to sort any of the issues out. This goes to show just how much they care when you lodge a complaint on Hellopeter.com. Miele the worst customer service in this country. I can honestly say that we will never buy another Miele product due to the lack of after sales service. Miele please could you maybe try some originality and actually sort some of the issues on Hellopeter out. Your stupid response does nothing to assist us!
Terrible service. Whatever you do stay away from these guys. Nothing but a scam site. You make payment into their account and never get your goods. When you ask for a credit, they promise to make one but never do. They will just steal your cash.

What do you need a second assessor for? I have never heard of that? I have had to follow up with everyone. Nobody gets back to you. The service providers for Standard Bank have been shocking. You are made to feel like a number, and nothing happens unless you follow up. I am definitly leaving Standard Bank and moving to a better insurance provider. Now I still have to sit and wait for the electrical company to come out and fix the problem. Shocking, I wonder if this will be fixed this year?</p>
