I ordered a set of Renault Kwid front brake discs which was listed for models 2016 and up , My car is a 2021 model. when the package arrived I noticed that the item was the wrong size and not for my model, I tried to initiate a return over the phone they told me they don't deal with it I should speak to admin. Everytime I choose the admin option the phone just rings then the call drops. I tried doing a return through email I get sent a link to refund when I put the order number in the website does not recognise it. I call them again I get told only the admin can sort it out , I choose option 3 for the admin it just keeps ringing and dropping. I now am stuck with the wrong parts which their website claims is the correct part for my year model which it isn't. This is one of the worst return experiences I've had in the last 10 years I can't return the item and I don't have the money to buy new discs that my car desperately needs
I was with Auto & General for 3 years, paying premiums on three different vehicle policies. After deciding to cancel, I repeatedly requested that all my policies be terminated. Despite this, they still debited my account once after my cancellation requests — which is unacceptable. They also kept calling me afterwards. During one of these calls, a consultant named Pauline tried to aggressively upsell me, even though I clearly told her multiple times I wasn’t interested. She spoke to me with a rude and dismissive tone, making the experience unnecessarily unpleasant. To add to my frustration, around a year ago, I submitted a claim for a gearbox issue, which was denied because the gearbox casing wasn't covered. This made no sense, as the casing is an essential part of the gearbox. It felt like a technicality used to avoid paying out. After paying premiums for 3 vehicles over 3 years, the only time I needed support, I was let down. Their service has been disappointing, their handling of cancellations poor, and their attitude towards claims unacceptable. I would not recommend Auto & General to anyone. Just last month they debited my account after I already asked for a cancellation I wonder if I'll ever get my money refunded.
I had someone bump into me I thought it would be a simple process of lodging a claim it has turned into 7 weeks of them ignoring my emails and when they do respond they move you to the next consultant who does not resolve the issue and just delays you further . I've even gone to the extent of asking them repeatedly for an email address that my lawyer can contact them through and they ignore it. It has now been 7 weeks my car still hasn't been repaired , I was threatened by the first consultant Charise Davies not to speak to anyone else when I told her I know my rights and I have a right to repair my vehicle at a company of my choosing. She then went on to deliver a veiled threat that they may not approve my claim. they also tried to multiply my excess several times so that they don't have to pay anything to which I have not agreed but they are insistent. I've seen several other reviews where they do the same thing to other clients one lady being asked to pay 47k in excess Its clear by the way the operate that this are normal businesses practices for them delay and ignore so you dont have to pay clients
What an excellent company 👌 they give the customer an excellent experience to deliver them the best product no bs no fluff just excellent audio service and price.
Don't waste your time with their legal contract they quick to tell you all the 100's of things you can claim for but when you actually do they make every excuse not to actually fulfill your claim. I had several legal matters that I asked them about and they couldn't even help me with the simplest one. I them called to have my policy cancelled they then put me on hold for 56min till my airtime ran out. they never cancelled my policy then debited me for another month
They call me to upgrade my package then put me on a package that doesn't allow me to add voice minutes I then spend 20min for my call to be answered then someone says they will escalate the matter. Few days go by still no call or fix to the matter. I call again I get put on hold for a long time again I complain about the same thing they say they will resolve the matter it will be escalated again its now been another 3 weeks and still no fix my contract will be ending soon and I will be saying goodbye to mtn after 23 years good riddance this is the final straw.
Useless company I have 4 mi box's in my home and I will be selling them all. I just recently bought a new 1 after 4 weeks the remote stops working I email support back and forth they say they will resolve the matter it's been several weeks of emails and no one at a multi billion dollar company can give me an answer as to what year I will be getting a remote. They quick to take your money but when their products are defective they can't assist you.
After weeks of waiting for an installation I was told the issue is with Vumatel when I contacted vumatel I was told that the ticket was never created or even sent to them. When I called Vox back to confront them about the lie I was told , I was then told that they would contact me within the hour to give me an update , after calling back again I was told I would be updated the same day once again no update and it has been several days and not a word from the lady named Nadine. I've spent several hours on calls back and forth and still no one can tell me when the Internet will be installed. we've already been sent a Bill but still no one can tell me when the installation will be conducted.
Sandile Mncube had excellent service and offered me lower premiums on all my other vehicles due to him I am now moving all my insurance policies over to Pineapple goodbye Miway
I'm not sure if this a business or a scam I placed an order for 2 printer cartridges and 2 weeks later have not received a call, email or sms. I have been there 4 time's in person and every time I bump into other customers who are also not receiving their goods. Last time i went there they told me that they would send me a refund and cc me via email till date I have not received any email or refund. What sort of business does not have a contact number and doesn't update consumers. What sort of business takes people's money but doesn't give them their goods.
