Myself and SO many others have entered the Heritage Day Box Design challenge, and we have read the terms and conditions, it CLEARLY states that the top 20 will be contacted on the 29th of September 2025, I have contacted sooo many designers who have entered the competition and no one has been contacted at all, the Ts and Cs also says that the winner will be contacted on the 6th of October, no one has been contacted up to today, I even have proof of all the chats with Takealot of them saying they are aware of the delay but CLEARLY no one is taking action towards this at all, I have been also informed that Takealot had cheated in this competition by copying many designers designs and then blaming the designers for copying others designs, and they went so far as to even tell a guy that he was going to be placed in 2nd position last year and they ignored him ever since they told him that .... Takealot Is A HUGGGE ***** in this competition !!!! HUGGGE !!! .... WE HAVE WORKED SOOOO HARD ON OUR DESIGNS AND WE NONE OF US WIN ????? how fair is that !!!???? .... also the feels like they have their own insider graphic designer who is OBVIOUSLY a person that goes according to BBBEE laws that they will claim to be the "winner" while ALLL OF US DID the hard work and they just enjoy all the benifits .... seriously we dont deserve this AT ALL !!!
on the website it says orders over R1000 have free delivery and its NOTTT MY FAULT that the items I ordered are NOTTTTT listed on your website π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘.... you are supposed to be responsible to find the stock and deliver to the customer even if they order it online ... your website is soooo DISORGANISED, unprofessional, ABSOLUTLEY terrible service in terms of items not available and money for deliveryπ‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘,... and according to this quote the delivery shouldnt be charged for as it's over R1000 .... and In your email you are stating that you charge for deliveries plus on WhatsApp you guys says its R350 if it's an order on WhatsApp.... and according to mine and EVERYONE I know' COMMON SENSE as well as the law and the consumer protection act ..... This ACTUALLY falls under an online order and .... this doesn't give you the right to ***** from a customer !!!!!π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘ ..... also the area I live in is NOT a non metropolitan area and it's also NEAR Springfeild .... a place like MAKRO charges a maximum of R50 for delivery.... why cant you do the same when you are ALSO IN SPRINGFIELD AS WELL!!! ππππ‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘ .... you guys are only OUT TO ***** THATS ALL !!!!! .... no other company online charges like this .... and i am buying online from MANYYY YEARS !!!! only If things ordered from overseas are you allowed to charge a DUTY AND CUSTOMS defending on what was bought !!!!!!
I absolutely love futurelife products, they are healthy and affordable and the granola crunch with nuts and seeds are my absolute favourite so far ... i am yet to try the ZERO one as it has less sugar in it and is lighter on the tummy ... i eat the granola crunch with plain yoghurt and its sooo delicious with fruit pieces as well added into the mix, i definitely recommend buying from them, whether its at the store or even online because they give you free samples as well with your order if you order over R200 ππ soooo impressed with your service as well .. .. fast delivery and amazing food... keep up the good work guys πππ» #BlackFriday

This company sells on BOBSHOP the online store and they have listed a product which people end up paying for which is actually out of stock at all times and then when i go ahead to inform them about paying for everything and to refund me my money back, they just go and cancel the order on the website and the email of the cancellation says that i havent paid when i paid in FULL and i have ALL THE proof of everything, from payments to the emails from BoredBox themselves as well as screenshots of the order when the order was done ... and till now they have still not refunded me even after NUMEROUS emails to them asking for a refund !!! ... they clearly are running a BIG **** these people!!!
Hi Danone i have emailed you 2 times now and all i wanted was for you guys to PLEASE attend to my request and supply all the supermarkets with more of the Nutriday Mixed Fruit & Custard flavoured yoghurt in the 900g tin as this is the one flavour that KEEPS getting sold out so fast thats theres never stock of it and Danone just doesnt want to fulfill our requests, i really love this flavour and when u go to the Pick N Pay Hyper near me its NEVER available when im going to buy !! Please attend to this ASAP !!! i myself have 15 plus years of experience in business and this is no way to "attend" to customers and their requests at all ! ....NOT happy at all Also you discontinued the Activia Range which really helped people like me with medical isues that needs probiotic m yoghurt everyday
ABSOLUTELY NOOOO RESPONSE AFTER ORDERING MY MEDICATIONS!!!!! I PAID FREAKEN R100 for delivery and they keep sending OTHER emails and no tracking email ... they clearly are ****MERS .... I ORDERED PORTFOLIO CALCIUM GLUCONATE 1000 TABLET Bottle on the 30 August 2024 and i even have an invoice to prove it as well as screenshots of the order being processed and the payment gone through when i paid THAT DAY !!!!! they cannot deny anything!!!!
VERY bad service to us when we came there.. A Very rude guy served that my whole family and he was keep on rushing us for ordering the food .... also my whole family got sick from their food .... not happy at all extremely dissatisfied and dissapointed in the service and food quality On top of all of this the waiter, he doesnt point out our mistake when we were paying .... we paid a whole EXTRA R800 and the waiter didn't even say anything or ask if thats the right amount we want to pay .... Your food is old, and FULL of oil also not fresh at all .. The meals were made soooo fast like it was not cooked fresh .... you guys need to step up your game REALLY NOW ... other restaurants i have been to take longer to cook and are MUCH BETTER QUALITY food than your restaurant!!!!
I have sent a message on the MY SPAR Facebook page and called a SPAR branch near me .... all i want is information on the SPAR brand Freshline Caramel Treat flavored cake ... on the facebook page EVERY single time they keep saying that a customer care agent will help you ... about 4 times they have said this to me when i asked for an update or why no one has rep**** or helped me yet .... im EXTREMELY dissatisfied and disssapointed with this bad service .... i just want some SIMPLE INFORMATION about a food product which clearly should be on your website under every single food item .... please have a look at other websites and improve yours... look at Woolworths website they have info under ALL food items and even CLICKS AND DISCHEM and TAKEALOT they all put EVERY SINGLE piece of information under all their products.... please learn !!!!
I ordered 15 boxes (6 packs) for the first time on the Pick N Pay ASAP APP and I tried Several times to order and it kept cancelling without giving a reason for the cancellation and they send a confirmation email of the order but cancel the order ? How does that even work ... And when they send an email for the refund link ....I go to the link to start processing my refund and the button at the bottom doesnt work to even start processing my refund back to my account.. this all sounds like a big **** to me π‘π‘π‘ VERRY dissappointed and not impressed at all
