My order was lost, buffalo logistics didn't bother to inform me.Now did reship my order and they want me to pay for the same order that they lost.I called 3 times already and they took plus 20 minutes to answer their calls. I get a new consultant who tells me the same thing that other consultants told but i don't get any communication from Buffalo even after loosing my order.Bufalo service is very bad. No customer care at all.
Pargo delivery send me messages for the past two days telling me they will deliver my parcel and they don't deliver, they don't come to my home, they don't call. Next thing they send message today that they made two attempts to deliver my parcel and they will return it back if they fail the 3rd time.I called the number provided and its an automated answer and it plays the music after that it drops itself. No one on that number. Their service is very bad.
Phatudi Mphahlele's assistance was very good, my car had an electrical problem and it needed to be towed. I called MiWay and Phatudi Mphahlele assisted me with the towing. Within 10minutes the breakdown arrived and towed my car to repair centre.Im soo happy with his service.
Service is very poor, you always talk to a different person when you have a problem and they don't keep notes. They can't track my car and im tired of calling and driving to their technicians who are *********** to fix my tracker. I want to cancel because im paying for service i don't get and they say i must pay for cancelation fee. When i call to ask where is my car, they can't even tell. But i must keep on paying because its a contract.
Ofentse Tsukudu... She's the best, she has a lot of customer care and very passionate about her job and very professional. She is soo helpful and very good at what she's doing. I was about to cancel my insurance and with her good advice, I'm still with MiWay insurance and happier than ever... Keep up the good work Ofentse Tsukudu.
Fastway coirier is very bad,they called me to inform me that they take my order back to the warehouse but they didn't call me to inform me that they have my parcel.im still waiting for the delivery of my parcel till today.no call no delivery no nothing and i paid for that delivery.fastway is very bad.no customer service at all.
They sell neat good condition cars and they are very friendly and have a lots of patience.
I took my car for cooling system(radiator) repair last week on tuesday and till today my car is not yet fixed and when i call, they said they will do follow up and promised me to call in no time, they didn't call me back,I called again and this time the lady took my contact number saying She will give to one of the guys to call me. Still now they didn't call. Bosch Car service Silverlakes service is very very very bad. I regret taking my car to them.
Bosch Service Silverlakes is very bad, i took my car for radiator repair since Tuesday last week and till today my car is not yet fixed. When i call they said they make follow up and call me back and they dont call me back.
