Useless gym, I went to Bayside mall with my partner and was told about this gym by a guy called Serge, we signed up and I asked him if we can start using the gym that Sunday after I payed the sign up fees, he said yes, and Thursday I'll recieve my user details for the app, come Friday and I recieve nothing when I call Serge he says the gym will only open at the end of the month and we will only get the app end of the month, when I requested a manager to call me back for his lies then nobody called, I google the contact for the next gym and asked for a manager and was answered by Hakeem who also **** saying he was a manager but was not and the calls are recorded, when I get a call from the office in jhb the woman tells me she will have somebody contact me to resolve this cos I want to cancel the plan then I was told I must pay 40% premium first but yet I never even started paying for the gym and also nobody ever calls me back when I ask them to call me back, then some manager calls me back and tell me I was lying cos Serge denies everything and also Hakeem, yet I have what'sapp messeges with Hakeem to prove my point and now I am still waiting for this matter to be resolved. You people are ****** and ******* and I want you to cancel my plans or elce i will contact lawyers and SAPS for a ******** case of theft against you
I made an online purchase of 4 for the total of R151 each totalling R600, which then the money went from my available balance to merchant balance for payment, when I woke up yesterday I see another R600 was missing from my account but no notification was presented for the transactions, when I went to the branch they confirmed it was a double charge for the same thing and that they reversed it but would take up to 15 days turn around time, last night made a purchase again and the same thing happend again this morning, so that's a total of R750 to that Nedbank ows me now because of double payment because they decline on their side now they deducting my money again with out any notification but yet this has never happened before to me I've always made these payments with no problems only now, NEDBANK PLEASE FIX YOUR PROBLEM AND REVERSE MY MONEY TO ME I NEED TO FOR MY DAUGHTERS SCHOOL FEES
I received my new card last week Monday, Gold Card, wednesday i called to cancel the premium account and the woman told me to wait for 24 to 48 hours for it to close and not to transfer anything into my account at all, i did this and then today i see the account is still open but now its -R240,74, 1 week later and its still open but now i must pay, wen i call to find out then im told there was still R90 in my account they close but yet their was only R2,74 at the time, when the woman asked me is their anything else i said yes then she said thank you for calling and dropped the call, i dont want to close my account and move to another bank but i will if this is the service Nedbank offers their clients or was it because i am no longer premium client i get the **** service
Completely pathetic service AGAIN, (6months later). My wife goes to Lewis in Vryburg to get a Sinoteq 50`inch, (58inch) for R9999,99 and also a stand, no problems only that she sat their almost the whole day on friday, then also paid for a delivery fee of R700.00 and when come on saturday to find out a time for the delivery, she waits again on saturday morning to be told an hour later they cant deliver cos the car has a flat tyre and the other driver went out of town. OK no problem, i call them to confirm another date and they said sunday morning the 1st of December 2024, no stress but they giving us the display units from the floor, i told them how is it for a customer to pay the same price of a brand new unit for a second hand unit why cant they give us the units still sealed in a box as i am entitled to it if i am paying, The store manager goes on to call me back later on to explain that they dont have that t.v in stock and its discontinued but they will check with another store for the same unit, come back sunday they call to tell my wife she must come to the store and cancel her application and do it online. i call customer care yesterday to log a complaint ref 900878 and just get a call now stating the same things the store told us and nobody giving us a solution to resolve, just that my wife must cancel and redo the application to take a bigger t.v out, Now the problem i have is that nobody wants to accept ownership that they did a contract knowing they didnt have the stock or they didnt check first and just tried to get rid of display units, i wont accept this treatment and we need this resolved 6 months ago we got a fridge from lewis in middelburg and they did the same thing, giving my wife a display unit that was full of mould inside we ended up getting a unit that was more expensive for the same value, and now a different store is doing the same thing to us again. i feel like taking those photos and all of my evidance and discussing it with my lawers at this moment because this is disrespect and complete disregard for customer care
Pathetic, i order food for my wife at 12:01, come 13:00 my wife says she received nothing as yet, when i call the store the driver says he gave it to my wife but mean time he didn't, he gave it to the first person who walked out the front door , didn't even call the cell or even confirm if it was my wife, now i speak to the store they said they sorry and will make a new one and send it too her by 13:20 it is now 13:38 and she still has nothing. i cant believe how you get the order to the wrong person and somebody is having my wife's lunch, she is a Nurse being at work since 5am and went on lunch at 12:00 and now its past her lunch and she cant eat now how can we treat people like this like really now especially the nurses
The ice cream keeps getting smaller and smaller i always buy at the hungry lion in vryburg but lately the ice cream keeps getting smaller and smaller and i dont know if its the staff or if just new policy but the price is the same are we going into a ice cream shortage aswell
i am on the customer care line 083135 and I'm keep on getting transferred back and forth from one champion to to the next, They more like MTN chumps not champions truly pathetic service and all i wanted was the banking details to make an payment on my acount.
I signed up for medical aid for myself and my family on discovery at the start of June 2024, with the agent by the name of Miles, everything was great until i downloaded the app, tried to log in and just to be told my credentials don't match the system data. I used to be on discovery long time ago 8years to be exact, so all information back then changed because i no longer work at the company who paid the account, so i requested for miles to assist, in which he got the team to contact me, they contact me 2weeks later from the ***** department, then they said they will get back to me with in a day. it is now the 02nd of July 2024 and still my app isn't working and nobody bothers to call me or do anything, also i hadn't even received any word on the location of my medical aid cards, but people will call me to offer and activate VITALITY but you can't even get my app to work but you want more money out of me HOW DOES THIS WORK REALLY?
My wife baught a fridge and bed a lewis store in middelburg, we are paying a total of R30000 after 36months, when they deliver they said it will arive on saturday the 4th of May 2024 at 11:00 i only recieved it at 16:00pm, second problem is the fridge is full of mould i have photos and i will send this to the newspapers and all over social media trust me i will and second when i call the store they say sorry my wife wanted that fridge, like in what world does a client say they want a fridge that is full of mould that will make my 5 year old daughter sick, seriously then when i call customer care they say they will contact me tomorrow again with feedback. I dont want feedback i want a replacement fridge that is still sealed in the box
I have logged a complaint but yet nobody has contacted me about my card and i havnt even recieved a reversal as yst either
