I recently bought the new Omoda C7 that is currently doing just a 1000km in mileage. The car has a problem on the left side bumper. The car's left side bumper comes out while driving at 80 km per hour.I took the car back to the dealership in Pretoria Montana 3 times and they couldn't give me solid assistance.The sad part is that I took out R300 000 down deposit and on financed R235 000 in hopes and believes in the Omoda brand. I am greatly disappointed and saddened by this matter.The stigma behind Asian cars proved to be true. I want return this vehicle to get my money back. I bought a land in Zambezi country estate in Montana Pretoria.This land is originally own by Absa Bank and Managed by Trafalgar. The management including building manager is mistreating the home owners. There is no consistent and their treatment is not the same amongst owners. Laws and regulations are app**** differently depending on who are you. I have build a 5.5 million house with hopes of the place feeling like home but with the managing company which Absa appointed this place with feels hostile.I am greatly disappointed with Absa for not conducting a survey that informs them of the work quality that Trafalgar conducts especially on the people/Clients. Buying or investing in the place is the worst decision on my life. I strongly advise people to think twice when considering investing in such a place.
The employee who is working at the doornpoort (airport )branches is rude to clients.She screams and talk to clients in an unpleasant manner. I even complained to my insurance company about it. The incident happened on the 26/04/2025. My wife ended up crying and saddened by this encounter.
Central development (Lemmon Tree apartment by Albertus Road) treats clients bad after moving in. Everything is breaking in their units, but their maintenance team is so arrogant and not so useful. My geyser have not been working from Friday 18/08/2023. I spoke to the maintenance manager but he rudely tells me about a reporting system which no one from their team ever inducted their Tenants on and a tag which they never gave me. I have 3 kids which have flu now because they had to bath with Cold water. I am moving out this coming month after 2 years and 4 months at Lemmon tree Apartment. Getting help from their them after you moved in is impossibly impossible. I'm so let down, I advice the public to think twice...rather look for developer who cares and values their tenants basic needs.
I paid Dstv premium via EFT,I than called them the following day.The consultant confirmed that he see my paid and told me that my service will be reinstated. My service is still not on. I even bought the new Ultra Explora but the consultant could not assist me with setri g it up. Netflix , and other platforms are more convenient the Dstv. MULTICHOICE is compromised.
Vodacom fibre department is useless and take advantage of their customers. I have logged two calls as my fibre connection was had no internet signal. Vodocam promised to send their technicians from the 5th of December. Mayby Rain,MTN or telkom can be a better option.... Vodacom is not viable...
Tracker Connect company canceled my Contract without my concern due to an internal technical fault from their side.Today I needed road side assistance with my family in a high risk area but they just informed me that the company does NOT have a contract with me. I did not even get a cancelation document or any Notification.I have been a loyal client with Tracker Connect for 6 year now but today they let me down. TRACKER CONNECT DOES CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THEIR CLIENTS. My insurance company (Iwyze) can dispute any claims due to the fact that TRACKER CONNECT has terminated my contract without my knowledge or consent. I EDGE YOU TO CHOOSE A TRACKING SECURITY COMPANY THAT REALLY CARES ABOUT YOUR SAFETY AND YOUR LOVED ONES.
I am a resident at Lemon tree apartment under Central Development. We have misplaced our door keys of the apartment which led to locking ourselves inside. Our building management offices opened at 8AM and we have been communicating with them seeking for urgent help without success. It's been 4 hours now,locked up with a an 3 year old baby who have a terrible ear infection without any help. Before you move in Lemon tree apartment please know that you are on your own if have an urgrnt emergency. We could die inside here and no 1 will assist you. (Fire,sickness or other thing which need urgent medical attention) The staff is rude and not understanding. The Central Development company doesn't care about the well being of their clients considering that the rent in R8 000 rand now. Poor Services...so Sad.
My Medical Aid is deactivated but payment is up to date.I can not use my medical Aid.Its been weeks now.I have contacted them with hopes of being assisted with no success. DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID IS DAY LIGHT ROBBERY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS. If you considering a medical aid.....choose wisely. ITS PAINFUL TO PAY FOR SERVICES YOU CAN NOT USE DUE TO POOR ADMINISTRATION OF THE COMPANY.
