Romans Kroonstad suck. They messed up order 176. I am waiting 2hrs for a order to be completed. And they have poor excuses for not delivering the correct order in the first place.
This is the worst company ever. All they can do is lie. Making assumptions about deliveries and returnable parcels. Luckily I have screenshots of all their assumptions.
This is by far one of the worst fibre companies. They have zero interest in helping and the recommended numbers provided does not exist. None of the WhatsApp numbers work. Internet has been offline since Friday . They can send out sms'e if there is maintenance to be done or a invoice for money you owe them but this is where it ends.
Friendly, polite and always on time. Wish Temu would consider to use them as well
I ordered artificial grass which they advertised as 2x5m on the 18th of Sept 2025. Pai R800 via EFT. Send them proof of payment also on the 18th of Sept 2025. Order nr 4T4CEWOY1JM according to them. After several days I asked when can I expect delivery. Received the order on the 1st of Oct 2025. Open it up , did some measurements. 1.9 x 4.2m was delivered to me. Since I expected delivery and find out that the measurements was wrong I tried to get them to respond. Yesterday on the 13th of October 2025 they respond and offer me a R50 voucher which I declined because 2x1m cost me R160 and they only offered a R50 voucher . Then they asked to pick up faulty order on the 14th of Oct 2025. No one came to collect. Never will I order again from them. They are useless in replying to emails or WhatsApp. This is by far the worst online ordering system!!!!!!
Ek sal nie maklik weer na Mellins toe gaan vir brille nie. Ek dink ook hulle moet dalk erens reels en regulasies opsit vir mediese fondse wat deel is van die staat. Mens voel soos 'n krimineel as jy hulle geld skuld en weier om 'n aftrekorder te teken al se jy, jy sal die uitstaande geld betaal dan en daar. Jy kry nie 'n bril voordat hulle fisies die geld in hulle bank het nie en tog is daar mense wat rekejinge daar het. Is seker net pensioenarisse van die staat wat hulle so behandel. Nou wag jy nog 2 weke vir jou bril en 2 weke vir die geld wat hulle jou skuld wat jy teveel betaal het. Verstaan my mooi ek kla oor die besigheid nie die mense wat daar werk nie. Ek meen as mens al 41jaar op 'n mediesefonds is verwag jy darem beter van 'n plek wat 'n diens verskaf.
This is the worst courier company This is also my second problem within 2 weeks. Kroonstad us halfway between JHB & Bloemfontein. They drove 250km past kroonstad to Bfn. Then they drove 250 back to kroonstad. Al of a sudden my parcel end up in Durban and it's supposed to be delivered tomorrow because they only do deliveries on a Tuesday to Kroonstad. The people in Jhb and Bloemfontein is not competent to be working there and useless in delivering a parcel. Temu is going to loose me as a client!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I bought stuff also online. Got wrong tracking numbers. They kept on saying it belong to me. Its not even close to what I ordered or where I stay. I stay in Kroonstad and the 1 parcel with my tracking number was send to Menlyn. Now they don't reply to my messages or emails. R1600 down the drain. They are ****** and just *****ing money!!!! When I tried to open a ***** case the policeman just smiled. If I could I would have given them a minus 10.
Worst fibre network. There is no services and no customer support. In 2 years with them never ever have I received 5G. 4G is never more then 2 stripes. Waiting since Febr 2024 to return my call. They good I collections and increases.
The people are friendly and respectful. Shop is clean and stock full of everyting.
