The MULTIPLE COMPONENT FAILURE rule is unfortunately working against us as we've had to engage with another workshop just after we basically left the first one. Mysure did accept our first claim but only covered about a third of the cost. Having had the overheating problem previously and having replaced the radiator without claiming, we had to sought assistance the day after we recieved the car back. Our claim was repudiated based on mileage covered. As such they see it as part of the previous claim and in accordance had already paid maximum benefit, This seems to convey them building in rules to avoid additional legitimate claims stemming from parts failure which was supposed to be covered. Extended warranties are not what they seem.
From day 1, Mike was engaged and available to cover and answer all questions and even attend initial concerns. Following up with Dean on getting the best deal as we've worked hard to maintain a good credit record. Taking ownership was super professional, and as per previous agreement - the only surprise was the effort the CBK Motors put into making sure our expectations had been met and exceeded. On the 24th July, I received a call with an offer I had accepted and approved the debit order authorisation request while on the call. It's been more than a month of following up with Mondo and MTN as well as with DSV, everytime assuring me that every effort will be made to get me the device. DSV's biometric scanner could not pick up the one thumb and they informed me to reach out to Mondo and MTN to arrange for a MANUAL delivery. The thing is I was ready for that when they eventually delivered after 2 failed attempts, one of which I was informed the driver was 8 minutes away. After a month and a couple of hours gone, still no device. Today, calling back I was informed that the contract had been cancelled and that I am welcome to choose any of the offers on promotion - thing is, none of the promotional items come near the offer. There is really no excuse. I would most definitely NEVER DEAL WITH MONDO, or any other 3rd parties again. Unfortunately I'm stuck with MTN. BY the way, if you have dealt with a 3rd party, the IVR goes in a loop.
First impressions last! I joined Miway in Jan 2022 as they had offered a competitive rate. The lower costs did not come with poorer service. My claim was handled professionally and email responses was quick, efficient and clear. Thanks to Solomon and Nkosozane for your assistance in processsing my claim.
Steers is loading prices on the Mr D app significanlty. We found that the ORIGINAL STEERS ® BURGER SHARING MEAL is listed in store as R194,90. The Mr D App lists the same meal for R314,90 which is a whopping R120 more difference! Then with R15 delivery fee and 5% tip of R15,75 comes to R345,80. The MIX IT UP SHARING MEAL just comes in shy of R400 - Mr D should keep a lookout at as well but they aparently do not manage the pricing. Steers was not reachable for comment.
After sales challenge: I have ordered and received a creality cr5 pro h 3d printer. The arrangement was to also included be a set of filaments. We had some trouble with the SD Card slot and after consultation decided to try out both purchasing a new control card and with it ship the 2 filaments not received previously. Also to try out the Wi-Fi box to avoid having to use the SD card in future. Unfortunately Alan are making empty promises going on a month of follow ups. Had to escalate to CFO as a stream of emails remains unanswered. Haven't had the opportunity to test the printer after purchase 2 months ago.
