I had a very disappointing experience with Jobleads. I initially signed up for what appeared to be a simple CV upgrade service for R49. However, at the end of the month, I was unexpectedly charged R645. I immediately reported the transaction to my bank. Jobleads responded by claiming I had not cancelled within the 14-day trial period. Despite this, they sent me an email confirming that my subscription had been cancelled. To my surprise, in April I was charged twice (R169 each), even after receiving confirmation of cancellation in March. I reported these transactions to Capitec Bank, and they advised me to cancel my card and get a new one—which I did. Unfortunately, the deductions continued. Another R169 was taken on 25 April, and again on 4 May 2026. I have sent multiple emails to Jobleads, and each time they confirm cancellation, yet the charges persist. This has been extremely frustrating and concerning. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to be very careful when dealing with Jobleads.
Our TLB was ****** on Tuesday the 20th of Feb 2024. Today is the 23rd of Feb 2024 and still no help from Netstar. All we want is a location to track down our machine. Our calls are being hanged up. We are kept on hold for the longest time. I would never advise anyone to use Netstar.
The service is amazing. Staff members are so united ,friendly and always willing to help. Shopping at Cosave is such a Bliss
We bought 2×500g ribs at steers Ultra City Middleburg N4. The ribs were old and had an after taste. What a waste of time since it took forever to receive our order and our money because we could not eat the ribs.
I have a account with Lewis furniture store. Their accounts department is a mess. I had to cancel my debit order and pay by hand because they keep saying my account is in arrears even after paying my account. I was not the only customer that went to the store to lay complain about their accounts department. My credit record is getting ruined because of the unskilled people running their accounts department. I have exhausted all my options. I will never ever purchase anything from Lewis. Looking forward to the day I settle my account and cause I want nothing to do with Lewis. My account is not in arrears. Lewis must employ the right people for the job cause they are loosing customers.
Hellopeter is a winner. Thank you for always coming through and fighting for our rights.
I bought a phone from Incredible connection and was advised to take out an insurance cover for it of which I did. My phone started giving problems so I took it in since it is still under warranty. It's been two months of chasing. Today I was told they are still waiting for a quotation. Prior to that I was referred to their useless insurance company which never answer their calls. How on earth do they expect one to survive without a phone in this day and age. It's been over two months and they still do not have a quote for repairs . I just thank Thandeka for always coming through in terms of need
I was invited for a free demonstration session by one the Body20 consultant. After session was convinced enough to join Body20. I paid my registration and later paid for my gym sessions. I started not feeling well went to see a doctor and he advised that I stop my sessions. I then informed Body20 and according to the signed contract I could not cancel unless I sent a medical certificate of which I did. I have never set foot in the gym nor get my gym attire as promised. I have paid what was due to them and submitted the medical certificate then Boom; they hit me with their lawyers. It has been a daunting exercise the resolve this matter. They are playing duck and dive. I have been writing to them and their lawyers but I never get concrete answers. Now I received an SMS stating that I have been listed . The debt has escalated drastically. I will never advise anyone to join Body20. They don't have poor customer care.
I regret the day I accepted a free demonstration invite from Body20. They not trustworthy and so not stick to the end of their agreement. My medical condition prevented me to continue with gym session. I then informed Body20 and was asked to submit a doctor's certificate of which I did. To my surprise I received a message from credit intel informing me that I jave
