If you reading this do not take anything from these people. They are horrible. My subscription was supposed to be coming to an end two months ago I have been sending emails about buy out options no one replies if they do reply they have no idea what they talking about. Yet they deducting still. Now that I complain on the reviews they reply back and they tell me the money they took from the two momths won’t be deducted from the buy out price so I basically paid them extra two months. How is it my job to call you and ask you about the end of subscription process. They customer service is bad and I don’t blame those brave enough to stop paying and just disappearing with their products. Can’t wait to be done with them.
Very bad. Hired a vacuum machine. And it was not doing its job. The machine was leaking, had no brush, they don’t get back to clients had to be the one to chase after I left my number and being promised for a call back. Horrible service. The staff members didn’t even know how to use the machine themselves. Please do not waste your time here.
If you reading this. Do not get anything from there. The guys debited from my account on the 22nd od December 2023. They tried to debit again on the first. This is a week apart. When you enquire about it they take long to get to you. Then block your phone after. The worst company you can ever deal with.
My car got into an accident December 2022. Got hit by a Uber Moove driver. He dragged his feet to go to the office to get the footage. I then spoke to another Uber moove driver he gave me the relevant details. I called and they fired the driver who hit me but they did not contact me with regards to fixing my car. I contacted them again letting them know I know they fired their driver but what about my car. They referred me to their insurance. And I submitted everything that was required. And & been 10 months since the accident. Every week when I follow up all they say is that the matter is with management and they will advice when there is something. Every week same thing.
One of their drivers bumped into me and tried to run away. At that time he was off line and not working. He was with his friends and they were drinking. He said he would go to the office for the footage and he did not I waited for atleast two weeks. I contacted the office to let them know and they said they would investigate. Few weeks later I try to follow up and no one is replying to me. Both the numbers I have are not going through anymore. The driver contacted me the other day and asked if they fixed my car for me because they reduced money from and and they also took the car from him. When they deduced money they told him it’s for insurance to fix my car. But no one contacted me to give me a way forward or to let me know that they have taken his car and deducted money.
Wouldn’t recommend using this fibre. It is always down 💔it’s only a month and I can count the amount of times it has worked. I emailed them to say that they must come uninstall their fibre they haven’t came. And they just reply back saying they are still resolving the issue.
Went to MTN. In north gate and the one assist Goodness. Gave blame such a terrible service. As a customer I went in store because I was suspecting friar happening in MTN. And the lady was so rude. Didn’t even give me a reference number to follow up with the payments made. When I asked for the manager she said that manager is working in the store room she can’t come out. I had to get my mother to intervene in order for the manager to come out and assist.
The service is ****. my parcel was supposed to be delivered by Friday, and i still do not have it. i actually do not want it anymore. i would like my refund.
