Poor quality of garments. And you must pay to return the faulty garments
Very Poor Service app**** for LTE due to me not working and its what I can afford on the 26th of September I pay for the Telkom sim card R249 as I have my own router on the 6th there was another fee that had to be paid and it was R111.63 paid that on the 6th of October 2025 every week another R111.63 was deducted last week this week I ask them how come my bill is R648, they are telling me, Yes, it was paid, but it was not complete. The October subscription was R360.63 and R111.63 was paid I am now very confused
I am done with my studies awaiting my BCOM documents from them I have logged 6 tickets since June no answer I cant apply for work because they want the original paper work paid so much money for such poor service.
Ordered a bag from them but no one know who must deliver it or where it is.
No answer the phones is this company legit.
The account is closed and no one is able to give me a paid up letter it still reflects on the bureau that I am in arrears but the account is closed, I closed the account in December 2023 it has been more than 60 days according to the bureau accounts get updated every 60 days but nothing has been updated. I have emailed. phoned. went to the bank directly no joy on getting a paid up letter as i logged a complaint with the bureau they want a paid up letter which i am not able to provide as the bank don't want to give me one.
I have closed this membership a few months ago, today I get a message I owe them money and if I dont pay up, I will be handed over to the lawyers no where in my exit phone call was a made aware of any money I owe but I am being handed over to lawyers, something has to be done we cant be held liable for moneys that we have no idea off, I was send an invoice where its say I rejected the payments and yet debit orders went off every month, please make sure if you unsubscribe from this company please let them isssue you with a letter. otherwise 4-5 months down the line you find out you owe them money, so its my fault that they were negligent. I owe them R1460.24 of outstanding payments. telling me they have a recording of my agreement, but no one is talking of my exit recording, where no monies owing was mentioned.
On every burea my credit score has changed for the pass 3 months it stayed the same and yet i have finished a few accounts im not in arrears and i pay my accounts on time and your system is not updated everywhere else it show 621 to 623 yours is still showing 609 you people are making jokes with other peoples future who keep you peope accoutable for not updating your system on time, i hope the bank dont make use of you to make decisions on peoples futures. also i have paid my accounts for the pass 3 months you still have my end of January's balances on things poor service
Transunion your the best, keep up the good work, the others were giving me a low credit score while you were up to date with my accounts and i couldn understand why my credit score was this low with the other bureau telling me my credit score is low the hole time thank you so much
My husband has phoned you numerous times and emails were send to you the person attached to his id number on experian is deceased and its not him. how do we get this issue resolved.
