Bad online support!
As a landlord, I have been with CiTiq for at least 5 years. When the electricity tariffs increase, the system usually updates automatically. For the past 3 years, I had to phone Citiq, supply the proof of the tariffs, and wait days for their system to be updated. While waiting, my tenants "stockpile" units, and I lose a lot of money. NMBMM has changed the block tariffs and CitiQ cannot adopt their system to change from 300 units to 250 units. My tenants are entitled to see the charging structure and this issue is now confusing them. I have spent over 2 hours this month on the phone and the issue is still not resolved. I think that it is time to move on. Some of their operators are rude and hang up when requested to resolve the issue or promise to get a supervisor to respond, but that never happens.....

Scam!
Travelstart and Airlink scammed me for R3800. Travelstart claimed that my credit card details could not be varified and allowed me 1 1 /2 hours to pay by EFT or loose the booking. I refused. Meanwhile 5 transactions were already allocated to my credit card to make up the amount! Beware!!!

Beware !
Worst experience ever! Made a booking on behalf of my In-laws. Payment was made by credit card. Received a booking reference stating that the E ticket is being processed. Checked my account and 5 seperate amounts were taken to make up the transaction. It did show pending, but the full amount was allocated from my funds. 3 hours hours later an email was sent stating that the transaction could not be completed as my credit card details could not be verified. They now demanded EFT payment within 1 1/2 hours to avoid cancelation of the booking! I only received this mail the next morning as our network was compromised due to loadshedding. I contacted them and they stated that the amount charged to my credit card will only be refunded within 72 hours! They now demanded EFT payment within 24 hours to avoid the booking being cancelled. I refused, as I had already reimbursed my In-laws from other funds. I contacted my bank and they confirmed fraudulent activity on my account. I had to cancel the card!

Bad Mecer service agents
Your service agencies are ruining your reputation! Worst service ever by Mustek. Do not buy any products that are serviced or repaired by this company. My Mercer inverter was purchased new and had issues after 7 months. I contacted them and was referred to Mustek. A week later I called and was informed that the booking was not even completed and that there is no further follow-up. They have an enormous backlog and cannot say when my inverter will receive attention. The service receipt issued also states: " The customer shall be obliged to collect any products within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery or book in at the Mustek Front Counter." I shall therefore collect my property within the 30-day period and purchase a new product from another brand in the meantime.

Worst service!
Worst service ever. Do not buy any products that are serviced or repaired by this company. My Mercer inverter was purchased new and had issues after 7 months. Beware!
Appears to be a scam! Beware! Pathetic after sales. Courier and Tracking information is suspicious. The delivery address changed and then stated as a failed delivery.

Pathetic service!
Poor online order service. The courier service is also pathetic and unprofessional! 7 working days since the order was placed and no delivery! Won't order online from them again. Maybe my name is too light in colour.
