The amount of frustration Game Groblersdal has inflicted on me is deplorable. On the 17rh of April I made an online payments for goods and to this day I'm not able to get them because I'm being sent from pillar to post. The admin person is on leave and apparently she takes the entire shop with her to leave. Nobody seems to know what is happening meanwhile I'm forced to buy ***** I've already paid for
On Friday the 21st of February, I went to Pharmacy at Spar in Groblersdal looking to get a few first aid supplies. I was assisted by a lovely lady who was a trainee, if I heard correctly, her name is Ayanda. She was so patient and competent for someone who was still in training. What a wonderful client service from the YT Ayanda. Keep up the great work
This morning the 28th of January, I got the worst experience from Cashbuild Moutse mall. I had went to purchase a few building materials and the service took over 30 minutes, when I complained about it. The gentleman "assisting" me who's name I forgot but was somewhere along the lines of Khethani or Khethe I proceeded to have a verbal match with me. Not only was he disrespectful, he also further wasted more time even after explaining to him that I had to rush to work. Please get your house in order
As a frequent patient of Unjani clinic Moteti, I was applaud by the service today, I went there for a consultation and the staff said my medical iad was exhausted, I called the scheme to very this information as I seldom use my medical aid. The medical scheme confirmed that there were funds in the account but the staff at unjani were not hearing it. I requested them to call in my presence but they still insisted that there were no funds in my account. I had to leave as no one seemed bothered to verify anything on my behalf.
Literally the worst client service at Shoprite Moutsiya this afternoon. I went there as I do every fortnight to get groceries for my work and no one seemed to know what was happening, I transaction I normally do in 20 minutes took me two hours. The cashier wanted to help but had no support from the management team that was nowhere on the floor. I know I'm gonna go there again in a week's time and deal with the same incompetence. The management needs to be better equipped to deal with busy days
The service at Laduma Hardware Dennilton has been appalling, Yesterday I went and quotation and when it was time to pay they said that they won't be able to deliver the goods for a long time which meant that I had to go to another hardware, this afternoon at 11h30 I went to buy paint which took about an hour to finish the whole transaction. When I asked the sales assistants why it took that long no one responded, the Admin manager by the name of Gloria looked at me like I had leprosy. As someone who has started a big project, it means I have to frequent the store but that may not be possible with the current service being offered. Please fix your store
On Saturday the 21st of October we went to Spar Groblersdal Mall to get a few supplies and during the checkout process, We asked the till packer for a trolley and her response was beyond repulsive. She complained that why didn't we get a trolley in the first place if we knew we were going to get a lot of items, When asked her about her attitude she said she wasn't talking to me. I then request to speak to the manager in charge, she pointed me to a lady that was working the till next to hers, the lady was not a manager but a supervisor who seemed non chalant by my complaint. The till packer in question was wearing a name tag that wasn't hers, turned out her name was Rose and not Juddy. Spar please sort your house as we approach the festive season.
There is no option for a -0. I got my car from this dealership in November of 2022 and as a rookie naively believed that they did their due diligence, to my shock when it was time to pay for the license disc i January to discover that the car was not registered and I therefore couldn't pay. I immediately contacted the dealership and they promised to sort it out. No one contacted me for a month until I emailed the dealership principal that was when the sales person requested my ID number and went radio silent for another 2 weeks. The dealership principal also has not acknowledged the receipt of my Complaint which means i have been driving an unregistered car for 2 months. Who's going to pay for the penalties? I wonder.
I went to Bexer this morning of the 3rd of December and the attitude I got from the cashier was beyond repulsive. I wanted to purchase and draw cash and she couldn't give me a clear answer on why i couldn't withdraw and she ended rolling her eyes and continued her conversation with the assistant she was with.
