Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely ridiculous, they don't update you at all, they hardly answer the phone and can never give any answers. Worst delivery company there is. I still haven't received my parcel, I've been waiting at home for most of the holiday waiting for this parcel and no one ever shows. I'd rather walk and fetch my own things with my feet tied together before using this delivery company.

NEVER AGAIN.
Absolutely disgusting services. Had to take my dad to the emergency room for severe chest pain, they turned us away and said I should rather go to Wilgehewuel hospital because they have more beds. Absolutely disgusting. The head nurse there is not helpful at all, I had to rush my dad to another hospital with chest pain and shortness of breath!. Absolutely shocking!!!!

I am absolutely disgusted with their service and delivery. I would never recommend using them as your courier service as they have absolutely no standard of client service. The customer care line representatives are rude and unhelpful. I had to sit home the entire day and cancel appointments because they refused to ask the driver to call me back so I could hear an estimated time of arrival. I will never use them again, shocking.

Read reviews of other customers before buying
I was satisfied, the items unfortunately took extremely long to arrive and the custom was expensive. The quality of the items of course was alright, jewelry did not even last one day.

Not what they used to be.
Unhappy, they block users for no reason especially off of marketplace. I was blocked for scrolling through my news feed. It is unacceptable.
