Cape Union Mart Ilanga mall has been incredibly helpful and gone over and above to keep a customer happy that didn’t even buy from their shop. Thank you to Xolani and Tshepo ( sorry can’t remember spelling) for helping me track an invoice from Eastgate and not Mall of Africa and helping me with an exchange. Throughout the whole process you continued to keep me updated and tried everything to assist. You two are fantastic managers and an example to all.

I upgraded my cell phone and received two a35 phones which came with the pods and watch. I submitted my claims on the 22 November. To date I have received nothing. I have emailed five times, sat on a roaming call for 15 minutes with no answer and my daughter lost 50 airtime phoning sitting on hold. This is unacceptable. Quite honestly it’s theft of airtime, personal time and of buds and watch!
You recently came to install a box at my house and never bothered to connect it correctly and so no username or passwords given to me work. I responded four times since Saturday when you resent me my username and password which does not work yet you have not bothered to respond. I have given you all methods to get hold of me. This is unacceptable that I have to pay for such appalling service. It will be greatly appreciated if you could follow up and actually do your job properly
I have signed up for Vox at my house and last Tuesday it was installed and to date it has not worked. None of the 087 lines work. If you try talk on the chat line you talk to a robot who cannot help and none of my emails have been responded to. So currently you are billing me for a service that does not exist.
I bought a new defy electric oven and gas stove after my previous one burnt down and defy does not have the parts. Unfortunately my new oven you cannot move the shelves as they do not fit in other shelves. When the oven is hot the shelves cannot move and so the oven is now damaged from the shelf being stuck. I have spoken to your registered company in Eswatini and sent them videos and they have come out to look however they are still awaiting a response from you. I actually do not want a replacement as this is absolutely awful like this and who knows if I buy a shelf if it will fit, I would like my money back especially since it’s less than a month. Please arrange to refund Hoageys so they can pay me back and come fetch this stove
Annie your service and smile in the coffee shop at Ilanga mall always such a pleasure to see. Even though I don't come too much you still know my order and are so efficient. I just wish we were allowed to til you because you really do deserve your tips.
I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Happy Island recently. I have been to many water parks in the country in the last two years and I found the staff working at the slides and waves by far the best. They had excellent communication skills and very helpful. I really enjoyed how they got everyone excited with the waves with their count down . They went to extremes that they made sure all leaves and litter was taken out wave pool. I was really impressed with the staff attitudes
So after my whole disaster with cell c last year where my billing was wrong and I was finally informed after reporting cell c to consumer complaints commission etc that I could open a new contract. Guess what today I went in to activate a contract and was told I still cannot. Baz from cell c in Ilanga mall informed me last year that this is all working now. I really don’t know what to do now? Who else can I go to. Cell c has no interest in customer care.
I have been trying to get my wifi to work properly at my house for over five months now. Every time I take my machine in they say I have used up my allocation which is impossible as I am not even doing school at home these days. Finally someone came to my house to see what is wrong and fixed the connection but between him and the guys in the office they discovered they have not been loading the correct package onto my system. It is now over a week since they discovered this and it is still not working. Today I loaded 5gb onto the wifi because I needed to do work this evening only to discover that it’s not working either. I keep getting messages to say have a bright day. This is not a bright day when customers are getting *****ed. On our company contract with you we have around 20 phones and data contracts so why must we still support you.
