Have a fixed debit order on my account bit this month someone decided to collect the fixed amount and the normal u authorized debit as well. I reversed the premium which dhoul have been in my account in 48 hours -still nothing and the answer is it should reflect Lodged a complaint had a call with no explanation - hurry up and wait in the meanwhile i am stressed as my drbit orders will be collected. Will MFC pay the notification costsπ‘π‘π‘
No feedback on a claim progress - referred to management with no response and the cllient is in a position with wet floors due to flooding. We as brokers is in the middle and unable to assist the client due to no information posted online
Not sure why do have Voda centres that is not able to assist with cancellations. Today 5 calls later to change a Data sim to a pre-paid data sim and still have not received the sms or email to confirm it was done. Acknowledge I am a Vodacom client for 40 years but such poor service - no thanks
Hi The day of my complaint I received calls from Richard who was very helpful. My router was delivered the 23 January and correct router collected. I have received another invoice for the returned router. Tried to phone with no response. Another debit order will be lodged in my account with me paying the costs π‘π‘π‘π‘
Had to return my router after 2 years because it is not rent to own. Accidentally returned the incorrect router. Now struggling 2 days just to get someone to make an arrangement with to hand the incorrect router to the courier when the correct one is delivered. You hold the line for 37 minutes and then the person on the other side cannot assist and transfer you for another 20 minutes and the call drop
Had a problem to connect my new portable D-link router. One e-mail and 10 minutes later received my reply and the router is set up. Thanks Marko best service received
No service at all. Phone and you are holding the line for 10 to 15 minutes and then the call drop. Send an e-mail and you get confirmation of receipt with no reply. Trying since beginning of June to cancel my home loan insurance with an e-mail send 21/06/2022 still no response
Bought a new car and the bank increased the original interest rate without any confirmation. They added credit shortfall which was cancelled 11/10/2021. 26/10/2021 i spend almost 2 hours on the phone refusing to suthorize the debicheck because the amount was wrong but still they debit my account afterbi arranged to do a transfer to my MFC account. Had several cars financed with MFC but clearly they are not up to standard anymore. They are quick to tell you the calls are recorded hopefully they will listen to it.
Bought a new vehicle a month ago with issues with the contract. The sales person Gary was excellent, a pity he need to work with incompetent people. The F&I lied to get a second contract signed where the interest rate was changed and not discussed. It was promised to fix the contract but a month later nothing. Do not get any feedback when requesting an update from the F&I. Added Tracker and Wheel and Rim even after I requested for it to be removed. The Dealer Principle don't even reply on an email complaining about the service. Almost two weeks later the registration and number place money is still not refunded
