After numerous cancellation emails and calls, edge fitness is still deducting from my account although my contract ended end of January. Chantelle at the Strand branch is absolutely unprofessional putting the phone down in your ear when you want to speak to management, she is absolutely just plain rude! After false advertising and miscommunication from Chantelle's side, i will NEVER recommend Edge Fitness Strand! Very very unprofessional service!
After numerous times of empty promises that retentions would phone me back, still not a word, everytime i phone them they don't have answers and they do not respond to emails since the 7th of May!!!! I am so sick and tired, MTN is quick to turn off your contract when payment is late but there is just no service!!!!!!!
After numerous amounts of times contacting the branch where i purchased x2 honor 200 lite phones, discussing numerous issues regarding both phones which they confirmed is not normal, i am still awaiting feedback and its been 6-8 months. I have contacted Sarel at Honor who is the area manager as i understand and still NO SUCCESS, i will be delivering both phones on Saturday and i demand for a full refund of everything that i have paid up to now for the phones. Just got empty promises from MTN and Sarel. I am sick and tired of fighting and begging for service!!

Sent my bf sunglasses in after the earpiece broke off, paid to have it fixed, came back and was not fixed decently. Bought sunglasses as a gift for him for christmas, went to them and they exchanged it for me and said i can come back if anything is wrong, frame was a bit to big for my bf face, went back and chose something for myself as there was nothing he liked and nothing that suited his face, took my sunglasses and nosebud fell of the same day, i contacted them and they said they will order me a pair similar to what my bf had previously, i waited 3 days for someone to return my call after leaving numerous messages, drove back to somerset mall for feedback and was told they can not order it for me after i was told that it would arrive "in next week", still not a word from them, service i received compared to the price I paid, i'm disappointed!!!!!
I HAVE HAD ENOUGH WITH LEWIS NOW! PHONED MULTIPLE TIMES TELLING THEM THEY MUST COME AND COLLECT AND JUST REFUND ME! AFTER GETTING 3 REPLACEMENTS/EXCHANGES MY LOUNGE SUITE IS STILL FAULTY!!! EVERYONE HAS THE SAME ****TY EXCUSE "WAITING FOR FEEDBACK" BUT NO ONE CAN TELL ME EXACTLY FROM WHO.. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS AND HELLO PETER IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET SOMEONE TO ACTUALLY PHONE ME BACK!!!!!!!
Lewis Strand is ABSOLUTELY pathetic!!!! I have been waiting 2 months almost 3 for feedback on my repairs on my lounge suite where i went to the store to log a complaine and double checked that i still have maintance which was confirmed... I have been phoning weekly to get feedback! Spoke to the manager Renalda, spoke to Renaldo, spoke to Jerome and no one gets back to me! phoned again today was told that my couches don't have maintance on but i'm paying for it!!!! WISH I NEVER OPENED AN ACCOUNT WITH LEWIS!!!! the way i feel now, i'm going to drop the couches infront of lewis door. Paying R21 000 for my couches...
Absolutely pathetic service! was promised 3 times that my Wi-Fi would be installed, everytime there's a different story or excuse! Switch board is absolutely useless and has a ****ty attitude! Extremely disappointed!!!
Last year April I purchased boots from Mr. price for R359.99 after 3 months the boots whole sole came off. I contacted Mr. price numerous times and send numerous emails, I was promised that I would be phoned back by an manager and I'm still waiting. I'ts been 7 months and i am absolutely furious!!! Mr. Price has dissapointed me extremely bad and i am furious, i wish i NEVER opened an account with them!!!!!!!
ABSOLUTELY THE MOST ****TIEST SERVICE ANY PERSON CAN ASK FOR!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH MY BED THAT I BOUGHT IN OCTOBER FIRST I WAS LIED TO AND TOLD THAT ITS A FOAM BED WHICH ITS NOT, THEY REPLACED THE MATRESS TWICE AND I ASKED IF I COULD GET A NEW BED OR THEY MUST REFUND ME ON THE AMOUNT THAT HAS BEEN PAID UNTIL NOW AND THEY CAN COLLECT THE BED... THERE IS NOT 1 MANAGER WHO IS WILLING TO MAKE IT HAPPEN... I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LEWIS AGAIN.. THE MANAGER HAS A VERY ****TY ATTITUDE AND IS VERY NEVER MINDED ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION...
