Vox has the audacity to debit R2000 extra for not returning their router when it is their own policy that I can’t just move from an old house to a new house. I have to cancel and then reapply for a new line. Never mind that, when they delivered the new router, they sent it to my old house. Then when they sent someone to fetch the old router, they sent them to the old house again!! Absolutely pathetic. I will get my money back and will find an ISP elsewhere. Thanks for nothing to a years long customer.
I signed up for a contract at Trinergy early 2023. I subsequently left the gym a year later and sent a cancellation request, as well as for them to provide any penalty fees. I received nothing. I called multiple times and still got no feedback. All the while I was still being debited the monthly membership fee. A few months later I stopped the payment with my bank as I had not used the gym in months and was still paying for it. I then received a call and an email for cancellation fees which I declined to pay as I cancelled and already paid many months worth of an unused membership. I have now been called by debt collectors and they are threatening to blacklist me on ITC as Trinergy has handed me over for non-payment on my account. I am being punished for the unprofessional behaviour and uselessness of Trinergy themselves. This is unacceptable and I will fight this.

NWU has the worst student/customer service I have ever seen, and that is saying a lot in South Africa. I app**** to complete my studies which was one semester, upon which I was accepted. I immediately started sending emails to the different contact email addresses to which I rarely got a response, and when I did, the information was extremely vague. I was eventually told I have to register first before I can receive credit for previous studies, which was done at NWU by the way. I paid the amount of R12 345,00 and was told to log a ticket with the helpdesk in the portal. I did this, over 5 times due to no responses. I got one liners as answers and none of the answers actually did any good. All the tickets were marked as resolved before I could even respond. I had also sent countless emails to anyone I could, with no response either. Terrible service, anyway, I decided that I have to cancel my studies as the years work already started weeks ago and there is no way I could catch up due to working full time (I was enrolled for the distance learning BSc IT). I have now found out that I cannot receive the full amount back that I already paid, R2400 will be held as non-refundable, this is absolutely unacceptable as it is entirely the fault of NWU as to my cancellation. All I needed was a bit of assistance, which should have been quick and easy. This has turned into a major headache for me and I can't even request a refund because the site is down. I do not recommend anyone going to NWU if quick and helpful service is what you are looking for.
Debited my account for months after cancelling. Still not resolved 2 years later. Mtn owes me money bunch of ********s.
I coancelled my contract within the 7 day cooling off period and I have been debited for the amount of the contract (sometimes way more) for the last 7 months and I don't even have the device!! Every time I call they ask me to wait.. For what? Cancel the contract and give me my money back!!
