On July 6, 2025, I visited the Mr. Price store in Fourways with my wife and 2-year-old daughter to purchase a dress for my daughter. After paying for the dress and receiving a receipt, I was stopped by a store employee as I was leaving the premises. The employee demanded to search the bag containing the dress, despite my initial refusal. My daughter was frightened, and I felt embarrassed and humiliated in front of my family and passersby. Disrespectful treatment. The employee's behavior was confrontational and accusatory, making me feel like a ********. I would appreciate it if Mr. Price could provide an explanation for this incident. -Date: July 6, 2025 Store Location: Mr. Price, Fourways I look forward to your response and resolution.
Worst service at Pedros in Dobsonville. My order was Chicken Paella R139 cut into 8 pieces served with rice. I called to place an order at around 1:45pm on Saturday and was told that my order will take 20 to 25min. I arrived at Pedros at 2:20pm and my order was not ready. When I asked the lady who was check slips, she gave me an attitude about why my order was not ready. I waited for 15min and asked again...the lady said I don't know and I had to wait...orders were coming out but not mine. Until another guy who saw that I was frustrated and I asked for my slip. He went at back and started to cook my order. My order was ready after 3pm. The chicken was not well cooked, the rice was cold and the meat looked like multiple chickens or left over chicken pieces. How disappointing.
I had a sinus operation last year September and medical aid authorized and approved for my operation. Months later I was shocked to receive a statement that I owe almost R40 000 for a sinus operation. I have done this operation many times and always medical aid paid. Now medical aid says I owe them money for an instrument that my Dr used during the operation. So I must pay for instruments used during the operation? Medical requested that my Dr writes them a motivation explaining to them why he used the instrument and also asked for Dr's codes. My Dr emailed them all the medical aid requested but until today, they have not paid the claim. Everytime I speak to an agent at the call center they fail to assist and they refer me from one agent to another without a solution.
PinnAfrica is a scam. I would like to alert everyone about PinnAfrica that this thing is a scam. They steal people's information and use it to scam people and debit their accounts without any agreements or contract. I appeal to the public to be aware of this scammers.
The worst customer service from this panelbeater. My car was towed to them on the 5th of January. Levingston who works there told me the car will be repaired in less than 14 days. Today is the 9th and they tell me the car is not ready because they are waiting for parts and they are waiting for dial direct to authorize the parts. This are all lies because Dial direct has already authorized the parts. So either this panelbeater is a racist company that only focuse on fixing white people cars and neglect Black people's cars. Every time I call them they give me a different story..their stories change from, we waitin for a rim, to shocks....always a different story. I would not recommend this panelbeater.
I canceled my funeral policy and IFA membership in October 2021. The retention agent said I will only be debited in November 2021 then it will be canceled. To my surprise, every month after that my account has been debited. This morning I call again, an agent by the name of Bandile says in the call in October I only agreed to have the debit order stopped for 1 month... I explained that if a person says cancel the policy... They mean exactly that... I want the policy canceled... Bandile hanged up on me. I am now no longer able to call Clientele, it seems I am blocked. My calls no longer go through. Why force a client to continue using your services if they don't want to?
I am deeply disappointed with the service. Lehlohonolo was supposed to extend car hire from the 23rd December but failed to contact Europacar to advise them to extend the car hire. Europacar has deducted from my account over R2400 because Dial Direct failed to extend the car hire service. Each time i contact dial direct i am told it has been sorted out but unfortunately, it has not been sorted since last year december.
This has to be the worst service from Dial Direct. I made a claim since October and the car is still not fixed. Experiencing bad service from Lehlogonolo. I have to constantly call for progress because lehlohonolo never gives an update or return my calls. All i ask for is for the car to be fixed.
I would like to thank Mr Lehlogonolo for an outstanding service regarding our claim. Great service.
