Online order: 6950511818 Purchased online on the 1st of December 2025. Today is the 15th. Too date no delivery received. Following up daily with consultants at MAC without any success.
Online order #MAK8923515 I ordered bar chairs for the value of R6900. It was delivered faulty on the 20th of January 2025. Chairs were collected by Makro weeks ago yet I am not being refunded. The call center department can not assist me. I phone in everyday without receiving any assistance. This is my 2nd complaint - your previous reply stated that you have flagged this order and will attend to it yet nothing happened. How can a big company like Makro provide this type of service? I need my money back immediately.
Order No 8923515 Query reference #4954352 : I purchased 4 bar stools online. Total amount paid R6900.00 Upon delivery only 2 chairs were able to be assembled. The other 2 chairs have different bottom parts which does not align to make assembly possible. I have logged a return and request for Makro to come and pick up the 2 chairs and exchange both upon collection. I have sent emails, I have phoned the online department every day. No one can assist me - they keep on promising to get back to me without anyone contacting me. THis is very poor after sales service. It makes me wary to order from Makro online again.
I bought online from Leroy and Merlin on the 2nd of December 2024. After my payment was completed I was notified that there is not sufficient stock available - yet the online site indicted availability when purchased. After numerous phone call and emails I requested full cancellation and refund of my order on the 5th. I again requested this on the 6th,7th and 8th of December as I kept on receiving dispatchment' smses on part of the stock - but received none. Leroy eventually refunded me R3815 on the 11th after numerous phone calls and emails to them - each consultant giving me a different excuse and different promise. My total refund amount is R5470. When I phoned this morning I was advise that they can not refund me in full because part of the stock is still at the courier warehouse? This is by far the worst online purchasing experience I ever had. I will never recommended nor purchase from them again. The available stock online is not available once purchased. The online consultants gives different feedback and provide empty promises. I am still waiting for the remaining R1655 refund of my order. 10 Days wasted fighting - too date still waiting and fighting for part of my refund. Shocking service.
Very impressed with the service I received from Rudi at Renew It with Rudolph Projects PTY LTD. Rudi was sent out by Standard Bank to replace a ceiling after pipes burst at out house. His service is excellent. The job completed was neat and flawless. Will definitely recommend this business.
STS 10 Rowe Street Boksburg 1459 South Africa: Extremely disappointed in the service received from Kobus at STS. I contacted Kobus regarding an electrical garage door that he installed at our premises as the door was no longer opening or closing. Kobus came out and apparently serviced the door. He invoiced me R860. I paid him. A few days later the door completely stopped working. I contacted Kobus again. He promised to come out again. He never came. I kept on phoning. He kept on promising he is on his way but never came. Later on he stopped taking my calls and ignored my messages. I had to contact another company. They came out and fixed the door. I had to pay them as well. Kobus is unreliable and *************. I will not recommend this company at all.
Experiencing continuous network issues. Whenever not connected to WiFi there is no mobile coverage. Yet they religiously debit your account every month although they can not provide any form of service what so ever. It does not help to contact them - there is no one on the other side to provide assistance. It does not help going into a MTN store the people working there are unable to provide any assistance. I will definitely not upgrade our family's phones with MTN again. Absolutely shocking service.
Absolutory shocking service received. Brought a brand new TV online. Received it on the 16th of March 2023. Only got to open it 1st of April as we were on holiday. TV was broken inside of the box - seems that it must have fell during delivery process or at warehouse. Return logged - Tv collected 3 April. Waited for replacement - only to be notified that it will not be replaced as they only provide a 7 day return? Although their website state Hassle-Free Exchanges & Returns for 30 Days & 12-Month Limited Warranty. Raised my complaint and received confirmation that they will deliver my replacement and are thankful that I am sharing my concerns with them - only to find their delivery van here this morning delivering my same broken TV? I buy so many valuables at Takealot and this is the first time I'm encountering this shocking level of customer service. They blatantly sold me a broken Tv and I am losing R10 000 because I failed to open the box within 7 days? Requested manager feedback - nothing received. If this is how they do business and falsely advertise and have numerous hidden fine print I will advise that you rather purchase your valuables at more reliable stores. Then they have the audacity to ask me to rate their service on email? And the courier guy does not give me this option- he selects satisfactory service on his electronic device right after I signed and left.
I order a volleyball set for our holiday and paid online My order has been handed over to the courier company on the 7th of December already I still have not received my order I phoned numerous times to enquire about this without any solution Yesterday one of the agents advised that I must pick up my order when passing Durban as we already left for our holiday. No address? No response? Especially brought this for our holiday. Extremely poor service. Will not purchase from Sportmans WH online again. False information on website regarding delivery and dispatch turn around times.
Excellent customer service. Went out of their way to provide us with assistance after our initial booking at Woodford Car Rental did not succeed. Even contacted us to provide assistance with a cellphone that stayed behind in our rental. Good honest staff. Will definitely recommend.
