When I bought my first car I insured it with Outsurance. I then thought maybe the grass is green on the other side and tried many others but this month I decided to go back to OUTsurance, the top class customer service and prompt response is what got me to always compare with any that I tried and none is at their level yet.
Terrible customer service at the drive-through at the Sophiatown KFC.
Kgothatso was amazing in explaining to me every detail for my quote.
I have been waiting for my fiber to be activated. It's been 3weeks now. I can't do my work, kids can't study we have been buying data work but now we all dry. How can you wait for a month when the line is already connected. This is horrible, the service is absolutely terrible.
Please don't use Ram delivery when you sending your currier to your customers. I have been waiting for a parcel that I'm told I moved to be delivered on Monday, parcel I need today(Friday). What a great inconvenience!!!!!
I can't believe Ram and their system. They claim that I moved the delivery date that I dint for a parcel I needed on the day that was to be delivered. I'm calling them with my airtime and with my time and they rude and telling me they can't deliver a parcel at 14:30. I am so inconvenienced at this point with my work. Finchoice was suppose to refund extra amount I had paid to my account, but instead they added the amount to my credit. I tried calling them multiple times to get my refund.
I joined virgin active Milpark last year December. They had promotion. I took the membership. I had serious financial situation and tried calling virgin active to explain this to them. With no sympathy they told I have to pay their money regardless. Month later I was called by their call center demanding payment that I have said I won't be able to pay. They told me I can freeze my account and pay R150 instead. But they keep on debiting their R399 and have no care for their customers even if you try to talk to them. Their cancelation fee are almost R2000. If I had known this I would have not taken the membership.
We with the kids and my husband at one Truworths, we've been their customers for a while now. My husband was buying shirts. While we were waiting my 3year old son was playing and sliding on the floor, one of their staff rudely talk to my son in front of me. I'm not saying my son must do whatever he wants but as a customer my son was to be treated with respect, he's only 3years old
I bought hot wings, Zumba wings at Hungry lion Protea Glen. And I was so disappointed to find them undercooked. This was extremely disappointing since I bought R70 worth of wings. Times are really hard for such a waste.
