I took my car for major service on the 15/02/23, I did ask one of the consultants to check my steering wheel because it's noisy. He didn't even bother to do so, and when they call me just to check how was their service, I also told the lady on the call that they didn't check my steering wheel it is still noisy, Please do follow up for me and call me again even today she didn't bother as well to call me.. I understand it's not part of the service to fix my additional motor issues but it's their Job to check my car because I pay it's not for free. I'm not happy with your previous service and it's okay I'll rather take my car to another branches like Menlyne Kia Motors or Silverlakes maybe they do take their Clients seriously unlike Kia Wonderboom! I bought a Fridge at Game Store Jubilee mall last month, the fridge has very noisy sound.. I went to report the fridge within 7 days after I bought it.. They send the technician to fix it.. After a week it started again... I can't be able to go each and every time to report the Fridge and there's no changes. I'm so sad I really need help on how to deal with this situation...
The employees must be taught how to respect people especially customers. Hilda from Spar Jubilee mall passed me on the POS, when I ask her why don't you stand a Queue she damn tell me, she has been there and it's none of my business if she stands or not, there's nothing I can do. I called Cell c customer service to confirm the reference they gave me to deposit money. I did deposit the money to the reference Andisiwe gave me which is 293001645. When I call collections department to confirm if they received the payment, the lady on the line told me the reference they gave me it's wrong, I was supposed to use 320222608, how is that my fault? And who should I believe between the two of them because they both working at cellc.. After all the lady from collections simple told me she doesn't care who I should believe, she is such a useless rude consultant who doesn't know how to speak with people. I don't know how many times I should call cellc to deal with the matter. I'm really angry especially after the call I had with the lady.. She's such a primitive person
My partner and I just received a good customer service from this guys before buying our new Kia Rio, and still after buying a car the Sales person kept on checking us. Your CELL C acc has been handed over for collections. Call MBD on (011)560-5779 to discuss pmnt of outstanding balance. Acc No: 0278000776071560. The message I received from MBD I arranged the debit order with this company using the same number on the message. When I call them again to follow up my payments they no longer respond my calls. When I call Cellc they say they don't know this number 🤷♂️🤦♂️ I wonder what's going on here. I need assistance on how to reach this company named MBD
I'm not proud with Capitec Bank, how come the Branch cannot be able to reverse the Fraud Debit order 😕😕. I don't understand who have to assist me if the bank cannot be able to do that.. I'm not happy with their service
