Driver was very rude and Did not want to make arrangements
I requested a quote in August 2023, They advised that I have to participate in medical testing, and I refused told them I am looking for a better option and I will advise should I wish to proceed with them. I sent a courtesy mail to confirm that I will NOT proceed with them as I have found a better option elsewhere. They kept sending me reminders to go for medical testing of which I have Ignored.to my unpleasant surprise 30.09.2023 a debit order went off, their debit orders are irreversible frommy banking app so I thought I will sort out later. I have shot myself on the foot as another debit order went through in October. I called in complaining, and I was told I needed to send in my bank statement and ID to prove the debits, and subsequent to those conversations, I received a cancelation letter. I sent through the required documents for my refunds. HOWEVER, another debit order went off 30.11.2023. This has created a really bad experience with old mutual, I feel abuse honestly. I do not even want any insurance with IWYZE, especially.
First time going there, The food and ambiance is good, nothing really to complain about however the fact that the bathrooms belong to the Centre and we have to use it, THE LEAST the restaurant can do is appoint someone to clean them, imagine eating and going to a toilet that is so filthy and STINKY. I really wanted to vomit my guts out.
I am a very loyal customer to H&M. I recently bough pair of pants and Jeans. The Pants were a little tight, but fitting. I did not want to return them but wanted to try a size above which was not available at Centurion. The lady @ Menlyn Mall sent a WhatsApp to East rand Mall and Mall of Africa. I waited there for about 10 mins but still not response. My issue is that I requested her to provide me with feedback and Left my cellphone number but she never called or texted just to indicate whether stock is available at the aforementioned stores or not.
I am number 3 on the Que,few item for each customer but I just stood more that 10 mins . Very bad customer service.
The two stars I rated was the smile and great customer service I received. However the food That was serve was clearly made earlier before and served late. The chips were stale and not salted and no spice sachet was given. The lettuce of the burger is whilted. It tasted awful
The guesthouse is clean an beautiful. BUT totally disappointing and dissatisfied about the service. The electricity tripped at midnight and there is no maintenance man. The staff person that was there couldn't help. It is cold and there is no hot water. Apparently the owner of this place comes in at 6am and connect the electricity wires.
Having to wait so long while one cashier sells a phone and no one else to assist us
I bought maize meal and found maize worms in it. I bought white star, returned and I took ace maize meal and it also has worms in it I am using petrol money to go to the mall and now its double trips which costs more than the maize meal
I went there looking for an expansion tank and it was not available, the guy-Thomas took his time to Google and find it for me somewhere else. And I was so happy.
