Placed an order for a ceiling fan on December 4 2024. 3 days later I logged a return for collection and refund of this item as it looked a little cheap and would not be suitable for my shop. After many, many calls and emails to Leroy Merlin, no attempts to collect item had been made. I had to eventually drop the item off myself otherwise I would still be sitting with it. Weeks have passed, I have made numerous calls and have sent many emails, they are blatantly ignoring me and still have not refunded my money despite the item has been with them for weeks. I am beyond disgusted with this, never experienced anything like this in my life
Purchased the Artsy bag in 2015. I recently sold this bag, individual understandably would like a copy of receipt for authentication purposes. Called LV for requirements to obtain this. LV confirms record of purchase and stipulates requirements to be sent over email to obtain record of this transaction. All requirements sent, four emails over 6 days and still nothing. How long does it take to get after sales service from LV? Quite shocking coming from a luxury brand.
Not the first time I've loaded airtime, gets deducted from my account and it's never loaded. So, where exactly does the money go or into whose pocket does it go? I wonder. You can't get hold of anyone because it's all chat bots, so you can kiss your money goodbye. That's theft, guys.
There is a reason their trust index is that low, and they don't respond to the countless complaints that are being relayed by consumers. An order that was placed on the 20th of last month has not been received. Most of the time they don't bother answering their calls, and they don't bother reading whatsapps. I will be taking necessary action as money has been paid for goods not received.
Placed an order online on the 29th of May. 8 days later and I've still not heard anything. Amazing.
Carpets literally resembling rags after a few months. Ever heard of an establishment sticking their carpets together with glue? Well this for me was a first! Purchased two runners for a guest bedroom upstairs that DOESN'T RECEIVE GUESTS. The only time they get moved is when the floors get cleaned. I made this very clear. We have no kids. No puppies ripping our home to shreds. Hence why we demanded to know how it's even possible for carpets to fall apart to this extent in a no traffic area? This type of inferior quality is unheard of. Their response over email, below. Note the "regular wear and tear" part, and what exactly of the glue which is EXACTLY why these carpets are in pieces? Shockingly inferior quality that I've never seen in my life before. And they blame it on the ghosts in the guestroom. Nice try guys, old antics to blame shift. Just accept responsibility for your inferior goods for once. I absolutely do not want nor did I ask for a replacement. All I asked for was for you to explain how you can sell this ******* to consumers? Your answer is invalid and I will be disposing these rags at your store where I bought them. I purchased excellent carpets from Hertex Haus, believe me I would never be hinting at replacement carpets that degrade an area the way yours have. Hi Nikita Thanks so much for your email. The supplier has responded, stating that the issue may be attributed to regular wear and tear or improper maintenance. Unfortunately, this type of damage is not covered under our exchange policy, and we are unable to assist with a replacement or repair for this issue. Thank you for your understanding. Ordered Rayleigh leather couch in Zambezi black, based on swatches available to us in store. Couch received was pitch black, nothing like the swatch we chose from. Swatch and online samples depicts a charcoal grey leather with a lovely Distressed look. A completely different couch of inferior quality was received but they tried bumming this couch off onto us. I refused to take delivery as couch received also much lighter than in-store examples and had man made scratches, clearly human error which Coricraft will try brush off as natural markings. Coricraft do not reply to emails, as all other reviews confirm aftersales service is none existent. Had to seek legal action as I'm not one to accept something of below standard quality and something I didn't ask for... a black couch. Received my refund in full and went elsewhere to purchase a couch, thank goodness I dodged a bullet!
Placed order on the 23rd May order #MAK4608972 have not received anything or any updates. Called help center, logged a ticket. Still no updates. Where did my money go exactly?
I've never experienced such a nightmare bringing a parcel into South Africa. 12 days after this parcel was due to be delivered and still we are getting nowhere, we've sent the relevant documentation that was requested by Sahpra to basically the whole of South Africa. 16 January Ofentse from Sahpra sends Educate from Sahpra an email to give him the go ahead to release the item and STILL no one from DHL knows what is going on. Everyone still on holiday or?? The amount of time that we have invested into trying to sort out this saga when its clear we are dealing with a broken telephone and people who have zero clue regarding what is going on or how to actually resolve this issue. I've never experienced anything like this in my life and this will most certainly be the last time I, my family and friends ever use DHL. I No words to describe what we have been through. I don't wish it on my worst enemy.
