After an outage that took days to repairs due to cable theft ,Mr Neeresh Ganesh went out of his way to ensure my connection is restored .He phoned me daily sometimes twice to keep me updated about the outage etc He even assisted me to confirm my cables are correct,He restored my faith in Vox when I was ready to cancel my subscription
What a service from their East London Branch .Take five to Mrs Bukeka Ndabambi,If I need another purchase I will use her again
Service provider from hell ,two days now I have no internet connection.When I follow up previous day ticket doesn’t exist .When I want to cancell I must still serve them a notice and pay for not having internet
Bad service there is a big room for improvement.I was insured with them for 1 year.Upon then serving me with a letter that my premiums are going to increase .I send them a cancellation letter on the 3rd of Oct.Despite this they still continue to debit my account on the 25th Oct and 25th Nov.Their retention Derpt phoned me on the 11th Oct but I made it clear ,I still want to cancel.I never had a single claim with them during my year stay with them.
If you purchase their security gate make sure it’s for interior fitment not exterior.My exterior front gate infront of my main door is rusting and they can’t do anything for me.
What a nightmare.I purchased an appliance on the 5th Sept ,paid for it and on the 6th told it’s sold out .I went back and forth in terms of getting my refund .I was told on the 17th of Sept it will take 14 days ,today it’s the 12 th of Oct and I am still waiting.No communication nothing

Samsung fridge 488L purchased is defective.Game staff are playing games in line with resolving the issue.They keep on sending me a technician who keeps on replacing components with no permanent fix or solution
