The worst and suspicious service i received from Bonita Hughes 14 April 2025 The storage company had lien over my goods but they auctioned my goods and no documentation for my goods and sold everything to recover a small amount of 5K and Bonita feels that is right and they even took my personal documentation.my goods had a value of 50K and i didnt even recein the rest of the difference after the auction.Which law allows storage companies to sell everything to recover small amounts.
My matter has been referred to the ombudsman However they not willing to assist me. I feel this is honestly so unfair. They are choosing matters. I was reffered didnt come by myself
I have been using Mtn fibre since 2023 and the package is the same but the price has went up from 250 to 350 and i feel like i am going to end up paying 500 for the same package that is not unlimitted and the network is very slow.Terrible service honestly i am so unhappy right now.
African bank service is so poor and bad.I have been trying to communicate with them on wattsapp banking for almost 4hours and they say their consultants are busy.and its not only the first time almost every day and the consultants on the chats are so rude and impatient.

I went to Macdonalds at vosloorus Chris Hani and the cashier the cashier gave me short change of R30 and I was not aware u til I got home but I remember the lady behind me went back with her till slip something was probably wrong with her change. I think this cashier is robbing customers intentionally bcos how do you give 11change when my change is suppose to be 41rands. My order number was 3433 I went on the 24tg of August 2025 round about 1:30pm to 2pm
Their scones are so stale. The package looks nice but when u eat the scones. They so stale and the sad part their sell by date is so far but the scones are stale and horrible. I bought them at vosloorus Chris Hani. I am never going back it's my first and last. I even asked about the 20lt they say it's 600 something imagine I bought that.
The worst customer service you will receive from the complaints department they are so rude and disrespectful and they intentionally delay customers complaints especially if you complaining about their service. From junior to senior level disrespectful
Ooh my word what a poor service i am receiving from a guy named Mthokozisi Dlamini from the ncr complaints department he has been dealing with my query since April and out of 14 accounts he only closed 1account.He will never apologise and he will never respond to you email.He does things as he pleases he has no sense of urgency and then followed by the supervisor named Nomasonto she can even push Mthokozisi to do his work instead she is giving him a go ahead to do as he please.Its like you must never complain about the service they give you because if you do.they will make sure you get no help at your to your complaint.They will just ignore you and respond to emails when it suits them.The last time i spoke to Nomasonto she told me they are busy imagine i must not be unfair.Like we dont know where to go honestly because you never get the service you looking for.
The worst service provider is the whole world is mtn. I paid my monthly router and every month same story they have not allocated my payment. I have been calling their call Centre the whole week and I even spoke to their supervisor nothing is resolved. I get calls to send proof of payment all the time I am even tired bcos I send it but my query is still not resolved. Ref REQ000006011985 and BO0035612. The managers of the call centre are always not available and not interested. I spoke to Thuli from the billing department and assured me. She will resolve my query and she didn't instead I have to call in and be asked the same questions everyday and be asked if I paid. Be asked for my ID number but no query is resolved.
