I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Alamo. On June 14th, I rented a car from them in Johannesburg and drove to Mpumalanga. When I collected the vehicle, it was making a strange noise, but I assumed it would be fine. However, the noise worsened during the trip, and my uncle discovered that the brake pads were worn out. I contacted Alamo, and one of their representatives initially told me to drive the car back to Johannesburg. I expressed my concern about safety, and they later sent a representative with a replacement car. When swapping vehicles, I asked about the fuel arrangement since I always fill up the tank to avoid extra charges. The representative inspected both cars and said the fuel levels were similar, so I can filled up the replacement car to avoid extra charges.However, when i received the invoice, i was shocked to see a charge of R900 for petrol. I've emailed and called Alamo multiple times, asking about the charge, but it's been a week, and I haven't heard back. It's unacceptable that they provided a car with safety issues and now they're charging me for something that doesn't seem right.
I am writing to express my concern regarding an unauthorized debit order that was deducted from my father's account. This transaction was made without his consent, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, we have been in communication with the policy agent from the outset, and it is disappointing that this issue has occurred despite our efforts to resolve it. Order Details: - Purchase Date: 24th October - Delivery Date: 27th October The fridge stopped working on 12th December. I promptly sent an email to report the issue, and a technician visited on 14th December. Unfortunately, we were informed that a part was required, and we have been waiting for its arrival ever since. Fair price keeps telling me they waiting for Defy to resolve this As a result, our fridge was unusable throughout December, causing significant food spoilage. Despite the passage of time, the issue remains unresolved, rendering the appliance useless in our kitchen. I hope you will look into this matter urgently and provide a suitable resolution.

I would like to inquire about the laybye terms for Sportscene. I regularly use the laybye option for items on sale. However, I was surprised today when I was unable to laybye a skirt at the till. According to the floor staff, laybye is available for this item. Could you please clarify the laybye policy for me?
MBD debited my account while they have confirmed that account was fully paid, I have sent numerous emails and made phone calls - no one seems to help me… I received a notification on Monday that they were going to debit account, I called them and they confirm that my account was not going to be debited I need my money back
The whole experience was terrible at KFC c/o Bauman & R546 , Standerton , The cashier by the name of Refilwe was so unprofessional, impatient and rude. We told her we were eating in but she still gave us our food packed in a paper bag with no tray nothing and we had to remind her for our cold drinks and condements as well she kept on giving us a weird look we ended up taking our food and eating in the car and worse of it all the meat was half done , it was my first time at Standerton , I don’t wish to ever go there again
