Theft or just incompetence? I realized 3 years ago that a debit order was stopped on a old std bank credit card without my knowledge. Luckily i picked this up and rectified it with the bank ensuring that the debit order is reinstated. Guess what, it was stopped in the interim again without my approval and my balance have doubled in interest accrued.
MTN must be losing customers big time! After failing trying to upgrade for more than two months with MTN i was told to rather move to vodacom. What a joke! 20+Year customer changing service provider. Went in to cresta MTN and was not helped. Lady named Neo told me that i am not listening. Crazy service

<div>I actually do not know where to start with this complaint. To be honest, I actually wasn't even sure if the vehicle was mine when I went to collect it. Keep in mind, The repair should have been a simple lower rear bumper only. I immediately noticed how badly the bumper was repaired. The bumper was riddled with paint running marks, scratches, indentations, smudges and what appeared to be a very fine and rough look and feel to it. After complaining about the poor workmanship, Eddie the OPS Manager was called to assist, and this is when I noticed that the entire car felt very rough to the touch. I then confirmed with one of the employees that the roughness on the entire car was a result of overspray from another vehicle. When I started to inspect the rest of the car closely, I noticed scratches on every panel of the car "as if the car was washed and it wiped down with the overspray from another vehicle which left scratch marks throughout the entire car". SHOCKED I also noticed that both rear arche covers were loose and that the clips were broken. When this was pointed out, Eddie firstly blamed me for the damage but later apologized as the staff confirmed that this was not the case! Eddie also disputed the overspray and resulting scratches initially and referred to the cause being from a tree! Ridiculous as when I walked out, my sunglasses that was on my head during the time spent within the panel beater, was completely covered in spray!!!! I couldn't remove the spray paint from my glasses and sent this to Eddie as evidence and obviously did not receive a response. I am honestly disgusted with the workmanship and very concerned on whether the overspray paint can be removed from the entire car as I have already seen additional scratch marks on almost every panel while the guys were wiping away.</div>

Guys, worst service ever! Days on the phone with the retention department and they never phone back. No number available to contact retention department directly and you have to wait at least 20min on each call. This all for an upgrade........ Thanks but no thanks, I'm moving to another service provider.

Theft of funds! Do not use Payfast! They take your money and do not pay. You cannot phone them and they do not reply to emails.
Personally delivered my device early March and was convinced the device was beyond repair. Technicians assessment was that it should be an easy repair. Was advised the repair was done and payment was requested, device was then personally brought to my house by a technician mid April. When i received the Device i noticed that the new casing was warped and that the device was not functioning 100%. I asked the technician if he was aware of this and he acknowledged but then told me that he only needed me to reset the phone in order for them to access the device? Its now Early May and the latest report from Platinum repairs is that the device is beyond repair.
